This place took x-​Rays that I didn’t want and forced me to pay for them. This is unacceptable and illegal I this country. The patient gets to decide what medical treatments they receive unless it is a life-​or-​death matter. This dentist sneakily performed extra x-​Rays just to scam more money out of me without my permission. And of course I had to pay them or they could ruin my credit.
Stay away from this dentist office. They will scam you.

I have since left this practice and here is why.
I had a procedure that the dental office reported was a necessity, my dental insurance declined to cover said procedure (they disagreed with the dentist) and I was in turn required to pay. Okay, I get that. I paid, and all is to be right within the world, right, right?
Well here in lies the gotcha, my dental insurance told me that I should not have paid anything to the provider at all and I was due a refund.
My issue is that it took several phone calls, conversations, basically months to receive my funds. I fully believe that had I not advocated for a return of funds that I would have never received it.
This is unacceptable and unprofessional.
I will never return.
