I took my car in for a complete inspection which i paid for and was told my car was great good to go needed nothing. Well i broke down in south carolina and was told my car shouldnt even be on the road. Paid 1500 to get car home and then need anotjer 2500 in work yet firestone said i was good to go. I paid for this service. Which is sad and they actually dont rotate tires i marked them and they said it was done which it wasnt. Horrible place wouldnt go there ever again

this place gets you in ans out without too much hassle. I appreciate them being open in a sunday in case of unforseen events. I didnt feel like they over charged me or tried to iver sell me on repairs that I didnt need
