Stopped by before our flight this morning. What a horrible experience. Got the wrong order and went back. The server was a rude as she could be. I went back to ask for the manager and the young lady pointed to the lady who was so rude to us. When i told her how rude she was she just held up her hand in a very dismissive way. Everyone knows you have very few choices in an airport but this«young lady» manager should be fired. Horrible

Typical Mcdonalds, it’s the airport type with the communal seating. Walk up to the counter and talk to the cashier type. It has mcdonalds colors with Mcdonalds sign on the top. i came to get my LBS cured with 20mcnuggets. I ordered, i paid, i waited a few minutes, they called my number, I walked up, got my food and drink cup. Went to the drink area to fill up my cup with diet coke. I went to my gate, I shared and ate my nuggets and life is amazing. Employees were really nice. Their service is fast and prompt and their food tastes just like mcdonalds food. Life couldn’t get any better than that. I didn’t experience anything that irked me, nor do I have any complaints about this particular mcdonalds. Thank you BDL McDonald’s for curing my Low Blood Sugar episode. You’re the best!!!

We’ve had good luck with this location the last few times we’ve flown out of Bradley. On our last visit, we went with a bagel sandwich, hash-brown and coffee meal. It came out fast, the staff was nice and even wished us a good flight. The food was really good as well. There are plenty of hightop tables to sit at vs going into the gate area and eating in the waiting chairs. They have a condiment station close to the tables. Probably your best option for a quick snack or meal before your flight leaves.

Should have known better than to order breakfast burritos this far east, lol. If you are hoping for the jalapeño salsa like I was you won’t find it here. Mild picante salsa only. The tortillas were hard and you could tell they had been sitting for some time. Hashbrown was also cold and not very fresh. Pretty sure McDonalds has some kind of policy to make sure their customers get hot and fresh food. This location should work on that. Best part of this moment was the good service. Quick, friendly and efficient.

The food was hot and the service was good when you are in a rush to get to your flight.

This McDonald’s is located in Bradley International Airport, post security. Ordered a breakfast sandwich: a sausage, egg, and cheese McMuffin. Breakfast sammich was made fresh. Hot and tasty and hit the spot! Plenty of seating here. They need to do a better job of keeping the seating area clean.

Huge line this morning, but it went very fast. The Dunkins line was a lot bigger. Two egg white McMuffins and small coffees were just under $ 10(ya gotta pay the captive audience airport surcharge tariff). Food was hot and fresh, not always the case with airport grub. All in all, a good experience here.

Yes, airport McDonald’s are going to be more expensive than regular ones. But these prices are easily TWICE what you’d see on the street. Way to gouge your customers!

The 4-star rating is not based on the quality/uniqueness of the food. Let’s be honest people — it’s a McDonalds. What the rating for is how fresh the food is in comparison to other McDonalds you will go to. Because it is located in the airport, there is no time table for food to just sit around per the amount of constant customers. Fresh fries, fresh burgers. The workers are also very pleasant at this location, which is surprising given how busy they are. Other McDonalds in the area should look at them for some customer service training. That, and like our previous Unilocaler noted, there isn’t much in Bradley once you go through security.

Wow one of the worst I’ve been to the service was so bad a crowd stood around the counter waiting for their order very unorganized, manager was lost and not engaging his employees or the customers I ordered a number one meal my first mistake burger was slopped together nasty, fries were under cooked big time of course the manager was cooking fries and way behind. I rarely eat at airport fast food places this place reinstated my commitment to stay clear of these overpriced traps. Oh and very dirty I took a few bites and tossed it all in the trash what a waste of $ 9.00

This is a good McDonalds. The only problem is too many people sometimes. But it is an airport, so…

Geez, this is a Mickey D’s. The prices are airport prices. They are generally quite busy. The service is OK. The store appears clean and well stocked. They don’t pre-cook and have many food items that are standing in the pass shelf area(that’s a good sign) so you’re assured two things: hot food and a bit of a wait. But, it’s one of a handful of food spots at Bradley once you get through TSA.
