drugs are bad, m’kay.
when sitting in 5^th grade class, being told about the dangers of marijuana, cocaine and heroin, i asked myself, ‘what’s the point of all this?‘
it took me a while to weed out marijuana from the list of drugs not to fuck with, and when i made this discovery i was pissed at officer A and his lies.
i later found out that only some drugs are bad, and the danger of drugs has more to do with the individual than anything. i wasn’t taught that one from scruff mcgruff.
what they should teach is this:
«Some people can do some drugs and live normal lives. Some people react differently and will let the drugs change them and then start saying ‘the devil made me do it.’ In the long run, you’ve got to know yourself.»
conclusion: scruff mcgruff can suck it.

This is a good program for kids to learn about the DARE Program and to give kids the life skills they need to avoid involvement with drugs, gangs, and violence.
