Sheetz

I am a long time and loyal Sheetz customer — but stay away from Store # 203 unless you only need to get gas /​diesel. Gas pumps may be old because there is constantly at least two pumps bagged off that don’t work. This is a poorly managed /​staffed store. At any time, there will only be one person working the cash register area and one person in the MTO /​Food area. There is usually a third person on duty but they are the facilities /​cleaning person who is emptying trash /​cleaning etc. The long wait times and long lines are just not worth it. You have at least a 10 minute wait in the checkout line, and you wait at least 15 – 20 minutes for anything that you order. If you only have an hour lunch /​dinner break — over half of it is spent in the store. I have complained to Sheetz corporate — the other Winchester stores are not this bad. I went for coffee (i ran out at home) on Saturday morning at about 8:15, and the line was back to the bathrooms with only one person at the register. Other sheetz stores i have been to around the area are well staffed, clean, and overall give you a pleasant experience. Not this one.
