We stopped in yesterday after eating at the one in Hagerstown. This place still sucks, we stopped eating here because of the food and service, but figured they might have improved. I order the chicken with bacon and BBQ sauce. I think they got the chicken from McDonald’s just prior the being tossed. There was one teaspoon of sauce, two half slices of bacon and some cheese. It wasnt even warm enough to melt the cheese. Still sucks it will be a while before trying again.

Four of us went for lunch and all opted to have the salad bar. The salad bar is fair to good, depending on what you choose. Veggies are fresh. If you go beyond the fresh vegetables, you’ll find loads of mayo in their potato salad, apple salad, etc. Even the salad dressings seemed heavy. If you opt for the blue cheese dressing, you won’t find a lot of blue cheese. It would be nice if they offered a bread/cracker(preferably fresh baked baguette) with the salad bar. Service was good.

We’ve eaten here a few times over the past several months — mostly before we moved to the area and needed a place to use free wi-fi.(There’s free wifi!) The salad bar is good! The other food is a solid B or C almost every time — nothing amazing, but all reasonably priced. It’s like a better version of Applebee’s. You do have to be very specific with the staff — for instance, today I made the mistake of asking them to cut a steak(in half) to cook it so that my husband and I could each have half cooked our way. They cubed it. I have no earthly idea why they did that, but they did that. But it was okay — again, not amazing, but pretty decent. Solid standard menu items done in a standard way. And a pretty good salad bar.

February 13th it took 40 minutes to get the food to our tables . Terrible service . The waitress did not come and said anything

The food is delicious at Ruby Tuesday. I recently visited here, and had a pleasant experience! The waitress was great and attentive our needs. Most of all, the salad bar had fresh ingredients. The menu was updated, with great choices. I had the hickory bourbon pork chop, which was really good. I would visit this place again, no doubt!

The service and food here has improved significantly over the past year. They offer many healthy food options as well as classic favorites. The salad bar is normally well stocked and the waiters are very attentive. Our waiter, Nate, was particularly wonderful and was on top of everything from the great cheese biscuits to more napkins before we even had to ask. The wait staff made the experience.

We were seated immediately in the bar area but in a booth. The bartender was our very attentive and friendly server… thanks, Tyler! The food was brought out quickly, perfectly prepared and was delicious! I am quite pleased with the service and food here and would definitely go back to this location.

Ate dinner here on August 29, 2013: a bad experience. Service was super slow, soup was brought cold, salad bar was mediocre, crab cake didn’t taste fresh, mango salsa was dried out, and our waiter was more interested in the table of cute girls next to ours than bringing my daughter her complete kid’s meal. The only thing working for this place was that it was walking distance from our hotel.

This was an average Ruby Tuesday’s, but that’s a good thing. They’re generally clean and well-run, and this was no exception. In our party of ten, no one walked out unhappy.

I dont know about you but I always seem to get TGI Fridays, Chilis, Applebees, and Ruby Tuesday mixed up. They are all basically the same place… but I stand corrected. Ruby Tuesdays is now my favorite out of this bunch as a stand out. As the woes of my restricted«gluten-free and beyond» diet continue to make dining out a challenge, I was pleasantly surprised and pleased with my experience at R.T. and it easily could become a default safe go-to for me. The service was good… friendly waitress and down home friendly Southern hospitality overall. Their menu design(okay, yes I’m a designer so I notice this) and food selections, and general atmosphere seems a bit more«elegant» than the other chains. Also, more importantly, I had expected to find the typical starches only… fries, potatoes, and the lot. Well they do, but they also offer some refreshing healthy choices in addition to the regular side dishes on the menu. I actually really enjoyed my bun-less burger with a good charcoal-y flavor and sides of plain, steamed spaghetti squash and grilled asparagus, which were filling and satisfying enough. I admit I did envy the basket of buttery biscuits everyone else seemed to be enjoying but I was not able to partake. Our waitress even offered«us» seconds! Side note: the crowd here, and I mean EVERYONE, was totally gluttonous over the salad bar and taking full advantage of it. I was surrounded by countless diners carrying heaping mountain sized plates, overstacked with mayonnaisey-covered potatoes, cheese, croutons, bacon bits and the lot covered over by heaps of salad dressing and a leaf of lettuce. Folks, just because its called«Salad» does not mean you are being healthy!

Food ok. Surly service. Over time, the salad bar at this Ruby Tuesday’s has gotten to be a joke; down to basic lettuce and a few other potato/pasta/egg salad choices. Not worth $ 5 – 7 any more, although probably OK with entrée. Food is weirdly plated; it’s almost like they’re trying to do food art, but not quite grasping the idea. Dishes are weirdly shaped, and the silver is oddly balanced — this seems to be corporate mandate, though, so probably not their fault. Plus: those cheesy garlic biscuits are insanely yummy. I’d order those, soup, and a salad, if they had better soup choices. See above for salad comments. But the biscuits are to be eaten by the basket full. Yum. I guess the wait staff have to cope with the corporate thing, so they get some slack, but if you’re that apathetic in a $ 20+ a person place, just go home. Not attractive or pleasant. Summary: meh. Go if they have discount coupons.

I tagged along with my other-half to Winchester so that I could say that I actually have been to Winchester, and we stopped into Ruby Tuesday for a quick lunch before his meeting(when I then cruised around town and snoozed in the park with my dog). This seems to be a happening spot at lunchtime, so I was happy that we arrived a few minutes before noon. Our server, Jessica, was really nice, and brought out these delicious(and buttery) biscuits that became a bit of an obsession. When she asked if we wanted more, I thought«um, how many more can we have?» :) Lunch was good, fast, and Jessica was right on top of anything we needed. RT has a good salad bar which can be your main meal or just as a side, and the pumpernickel croutons were delicious ~
