The review I drafted below in late November 2010 may now be irrelevant, because during the time I was a customer, MBCDEFINITELYCLOSED… CLOSEDCLOSEDCLOSEDCLOSEDCLOSED On balance, seems marginally ok(as of November 2010 when most of the first draft of this review was written) with a few glaring glitches. The ‘employee’ tries to be helpful, but is varyingly knowledgeable depending on his sense of business urgency, perhaps on the phase of the moon, etc. The ‘owner’ is sometimes claimed to be the only person who can give information about parts of the business but ‘employee’ is often not able to give even approximately accurate info about when ‘owner’ will be in. My dealings were always otherwise businesslike, except proposed long-term transaction details are kept fuzzier than necessary(I got the impression that if you had to ask how much something cost…) They do seem excellent for on-demand service(copying, postal machine service, laminating, sales of mailing supplies) My assessment as high as ‘marginally ok’ as of November 2010 comes from a comparison with other Mailbox style stores, which seem to be generally a problematic business category in my limited experience with them. CLOSEDCLOSEDCLOSEDCLOSEDCLOSED Perhaps ‘owner’ had not told ‘employee’ of the business’ impending closure, which would explain why I felt that«proposed long-term transaction details are kept fuzzier than necessary»???

There is a very RUDE jerk who works there. I haven’t been there in 4 years or so, because I banned them way back then, so, I dont really remember the particulars of the rude behavior… But I do remember banning them because I was treated incredibly rudely.
