Gloria’s Pizzeria

Yay, we finally found our go to pizza place! Perfect start to finish. Delivery was quick and hot. We ordered the Sicilian meat lovers pizza. It was packed with toppings and was delicious! Just as good The next day warmed up in the toaster oven.

We have been going to Gloria’s since they opened. Always had great food and wonderful service.
My son went into the Navy and was just home on leave. The one thing he wanted besides home cooked meals. Gloria’s Steak tip & Cheese Calzone. We ordered supper on his last night and he said he never enjoyed it more than he did that night. If you haven’t tried one… it is a MUST!

By far the best steak tips in town! The customer service is excellent — Debbie does a pretty good job at remembering customers by name! Owner is a very kind man who lives in town and does great things for the community. If something is ever ‘wrong’ with your food, they’ll make you a new one, no questions asked. Delivery is often quick, and the staff seem like they truly like what they do!

I just ordered from Gloria’s through Grub-​hub and the interface didn’t specify the condiments I wanted on my Italian Sub. The young woman at the counter called me on my cell phone to make sure that I had the sub the way I wanted because she didn’t want me to be «disappointed». Nice home-​town service.

Staying in Woburn for business for several days. Ordered delivery via Unilocal to my hotel. Delivery came promptly. Meat lovers pizza was very good and hot. Greek salad was large, fresh and delicious. I recommend this place.

Just brought home two pepper steak subs. Dry, tough, and FLAVORLESS! Tried to doctor up the other half with salt, pepper, some cheese. Tried to think of other things that would make it more moist. Just gave up. My sister-​in-​law just said the only dogs or cats might eat this. Not likely to try here again.

Their steak tips are incredible– try both the steak tip wrap and the steak tip Greek salad. Or really anything with steak tips.
The steak tips have a taste so magical and distinct that it is impossible to describe– JUST TRY THEM! They tend to pile on the steak tips to the salad, so make sure you come hungry. I typically share the salad and we always have enough leftovers for two people.
When I worked in the area, I used to CALL AHEAD during lunch to ensure that there was no wait for me. Don’t complain about them being slow if you don’t call ahead! There is a reason that the food is so delicious!
The ambiance is pretty casual and it gets very crowded around lunch time.

If I could give more stars I would, I have been a frequent customer for years now. By far the best steak tips I’ve ever had. I’ve been to many expensive steak restaurants and yet I still come back to Gloria’s famous steak tips! Nothing better!!! 10 stars!

The best Chicken Parm, Italian Sub and Steak Tips!
The Chicken Parm had the right sauce to cheese ratio. Although, our last order ⁸⁄₂₁ the chicken portion seemed to have shrunk by 40%. Regardless, it still tasted delicious, just wished the portions were the usual that we get.
The Italian Sub is my go-​to. Just the right balance of meat to toppings I requested in my sub. It’s just superb!
The Steak Tips… OMG, I ordered these on ⁸⁄₂₁ (straying from my usual Italian Sub) and it was amazing. The Steak Tips were juicy, tender and perfected grilled.
The service is also as great as their food. Quick and food arrived hot.
I can’t wait to order from them again next Friday.

To start it off the parking lot was so small and narrow that it was a pain to even find a parking space and not get hit by other cars. I didn’t let that stop me from trying the food however. (Big mistake.)
I walked into the store to find a pig sty right in the middle of lunch time. The tables were covered with trash and the floors looked dirty and needed to be mopped. That should have been my first clue that this place clearly doesn’t have its act together, but I was naïve and decided to order some food anyway.
After half an hour of waiting (the girl said it would take 20 minutes) my pizza comes out with so much grease that I had to use a napkin to pat it down. My wife’s sub was so soggy that she ended up not wanting to take the leftovers home.
To sum up our experience, horrible food and horrible cleanliness. We won’t be going back.

We often order delivery and take out from Gloria’s. They’re very friendly, but the wait can sometimes be long. We generally get subs, which are solid. Husband tends toward steak and cheese, while I usually get a chicken finger sub. I also love their pizza! A nice crust. Mozzarella sticks and marinara are generic but not bad. I’d definitely recommend them for when you don’t feel like cooking.

I need to compliment this restaurant. They have some great people working there. Picked up a pizza today and waited while it was prepared, had friendly conversation with people that worked there while I waited. Pizza was good, could definitely taste quality ingredients. Everyone at my office liked it, (we order pizza regularly from local places so have come to know whats good and not good). On top of all this, when I went to leave there was a town truck blocking part of the lot, so I had to back out on to Main St, one of their delivery drivers noticed this, and ran out in the street to help me know I was clear since the snow banks are so high. Very nice of him! I will be back to try more of their food.

One of the best spots in winchester/​woburn for subs. Mike the owner is a classy guy and his staff are great as well. They always know Ricky wants that Swamp Thing at least once a week for my fix. If you dont know about the Swamp Thing then you better ask somebody.

Gloria’s has become part of my weekly routine. They have great food, which is very consistent, & delicious pizza. The staff is always really nice & I can honestly say that I’ve never caught them having a bad day.
I typically get a variation of a veggie sub/​wrap. I also recommend the spicy eggplant sub. It has Chipotle mayonnaise, hot peppers, tomato, lettuce & cheese. It’s a great sub.
It’s very easy to become a regular there!

I actually like this place a lot! I always order delivery off of GrubHub and get a sub and fries. They’re reasonably priced and delivery is always quick! The food is always good and hot, but sometimes done a little sloppy. I’ve had some subs extremely salty and some be completely fine in taste. They’re always ⁵⁰⁄₅₀ for consistency but it’s pretty okay!

I don’t think I’ve ever been inside here, but family always gets take out from here when we visit from L.A. I have had a wide variety of items and they are all great. I’ve had the Greek Salad, Caesar Salad, various wraps, meatball sub, fries, and onion rings. Just the other day, I ordered a the Veggie Deluxe Calzone and it was incredible, even without any marinara sauce to dip it in. It was also HUGE! I enjoyed for dinner that night, then lunch the next day. You know something is good when it can reheat well. My husband always gets the cold cuts sub and he loves it! The fries and onion rings are really tasty, too. Sometimes onion rings can be just rings of reconstituted onion bits, but not here. The onion rings are always whole rings of onion battered and fried up crispy. Delicious! So yeah, eat here, the food is great!

let’s start with the good. I ordered through grub hub, it was easy and the delivery was fast. and that’s it…
my order:
cheese pizza: I opened the box and half the cheese had slid to one side of the pizza, it was a disgusting site. But upon eating my first piece, I realized this wasn’t really cheese, at least not what I’d come to expect as cheese. it wasn’t mozzarella, at least not entirely. there must have been other, lesser cheeses in there because it tasted funky and has been sitting like a lump in my stomach for the past hour. I don’t trust cheese that hardens into a plastic sheet after ten minutes.
The sauce was barely applied, and what was there was bland. The crust was ok, but greasy from the above mentioned cheese concoction.
chicken parm sub: the sandwich suffered from plasticy, tasteless chicken and that same bland sauce. thankfully, there wasn’t a lot of cheese on it, which allowed me to at least chew it.
I don’t know what other reviewers are thinking when they say this food is good. I found nothing redeeming about my order and will not be placing another one.

Food here is terrific! Staff is very friendly and upbeat. Have tried many of the subs, dinners and pizzas and have yet to find anything I haven’t loved. Delivery is fast and the drivers are polite and friendly. One of my all time favorites north of Boston!

Best slice in Winchester. Come here. I promise, you will love it.
