We’ve been to this cold stone several times now, and are always pleased with the service and the quality of the ice cream, the shakes, and the cakes.
The bummer at this location is that it’s just so small. If it’s a busy night, there’s no way to stay and enjoy your ice cream treat, so you better be willing to bag it up and take it home.
They have some seating along the back wall, but that’s the same place that the line has to form. If you are lucky enough to get a seat, you’re sharing your conversation with everyone in line.
A bigger location would be a good call.

We parked right in front of the store 30 min before closing and a lady locked the door on us, and the store still had people in line.

I have gone here twice and both times I didn’t get good service. It was the same girl both times, but I didn’t catch her name. She seemed bored and uninterested. The ice cream tastes great, but I can’t get the service out of my head and that’s why I haven’t returned.

Tried a mango pineapple smoothie and it was quite bland. But I guess coldstone is famous for its ice cream, not its fruit smoothies. Anyways, the 5star review is because the nice guy working behind the counter let me trade it for a milkshake, which was delicious. Great service :)

Tasty cold ice creamy creations. This location is next to a Starbucks in the Stater Bros shopping center on Winchester Rd in French Valley.
Great service and friendly staff makes this location stand out from the rest.
A personal favorite of mine has to be the Mud Pie Mojo.

I LOVE Coldstone and it’s very refreshing to find a location where the service is as good as their creations! Job well done to the gal working the counter at Coldstone today. She was very friendly and efficient. She whipped up the 4 creations that I ordered very quickly and even made me one which wasn’t on the menu! Thank you for your excellent service!!!
Now, if we could only do something about those prices… ;)
