Watch for the rats, as we were leaving got to see a big a** rat run through the dining area… On the positive side-drinks were Great, food was good awesome fried pickles fried Catfish and onion rings, big burgers full of flavor but the nachos were a**y at best but it was cold and the rat could have made it into the restaurant viva a open door due to the cold weather…

Very nice staff and the kitchen knows what it’s doing! Excellent flavoring in all our plates and a perfect meal on a yucky winter day.(We had the black bean Chechen tacos, tortilla soup, steak sandwich)

I really love Ino’z — and was honestly surprised about two things: 1. how good the food is, and, 2. how great the service is. We loved the ambiance and the great views of the river. It’s sad that the team has had to go through two major floods, but it’s so inspiring to see their resilience and how quickly they’ve bounced back. We love the burgers, the local beer selection is great(some brewed right down the street!), but the standout is their queso — hot damn! So good! Laura was our server and helped to make our experience so fun. She was honest about the food and made some great suggestions. Hopefully you’ll have Laura when you visit!

We Love the gorgeous outdoor deck complete with twinkle light galore. There is a stage perched above the deck and its a really charming place to hear good music. Dog friendly deck and I really didn’t mind it even though I don’t have a dog. Great ambiance and friendly locals. I know they have had flood damage to the deck area and when it’s repaired we will be there, supporting a great bar with good food and a good view of Cypress Creek.

I love Ino’z Brew and Chew. The food is simple but good and the drinks are cheap and strong. The menu is not large, but spans enough to have good food for most tastest. Hamburgers, fish, wraps and sandwiches as well as Tex Mex appetizers not to mention tasty sweet potatoe fries. With a wonderful patio right by cypress creek this restaurant has been a favorite for some years now. They also do a lot of live music out on the patio, much of which is really excellent. Sadly Ino’z was hit hard by the last round of flooding in Wimberley and their wonderful patio was severely damaged. However by the time you read this review, I am sure it will be repaired and back in business. I can’t recommend this restaurant highly enough.

Awesome atmosphere. Burger was good, sweet potato fries were awesome. The patio is very shaded so even in the 96 degree weather today it wasn’t too bad. Our server was a little snotty, but otherwise a great experience.

After being open already an hour, we sat down to a crowded restaurant. We were told the«kitchen is closed» because of a sudden rush many customers. After waiting about 45 minutes, we ordered food when the kitchen became open again. Needless to say, we received our food almost an hour and a half later. Great food, but terrible structure and handling of busy times.

I stopped by with my friends and pug to grab dinner before the long trek back to Houston. I took my friend’s kids down to the creek while we waited to find a table on the patio. I have to say, for how busy it is, the service does what they can! Had the ribs and fried pickles! Pretty great food, and the patio with live music next to the water is a nice touch.

Nice seating outside by the shade next to the creek. Basic burger was very good. Iced tea just so so. Service a little slow for lunch.

We went here to watch the cowboys game our first night in town, and it wasn’t what we expected. It closed early and the food was just ok. Service was good tho. The real reason to go here is the view, it’s right on the creek and gorgeous.

I had just left a family reunion, starving and driving through Wimberly, I decided to stop here(honestly because it was the only place in the area open past 9 p.m.). This place was nothing short of perfect. It may have been a little late for dinner, but it was still so busy! The back patio that overlooked the river was packed & being entertained by an awesome band. It definitely has the right atmosphere. I got the Inoz Burger with waffle fries. The bread was fresh and the fries were hot! Honestly, the fries tasted damn near identical to Jack N Box’s curly fries… but I love their fries so I would take that as a positive. My boyfriend got the Ribeye Sandwich and LOVED it. There are so many delicious things on the menu. The relaxing vibe, savory food and wide-variety menu will definitely have me back ASAP!!! Plus they had Chopped playing on the TV. can’t go wrong there.

Great place to sit and chat with family, friends, and a cold local draft beer. The food is nothing to write home about, it could be SO much better. Service can be uneven, it was great on one visit, and nonexistent on a different day. The ribeye was a huge disappointment, one dish to avoid. Best to stick to beer, and enjoy the view of the creek and the general outdoor ambience.

Well I hate to rip on olé’ Ino’z but the best thing I can say is that the view here is VERY pretty over the olé’ Cypress Creek. So DO come here for the pretty view on the deck. Keep your expectations low on the food because it is good and edible but not great. You would think that by having a smaller menu that for the few items they have that they would just kill it wit’ it. but they don’t. It’s three star A-OK. Whenever I have been here the service is slow but again I do not mind because of the nice view. It’s pretty here so enjoy a cold beer but don’t expect nothing out of this world on selection even though it is called Brew & Chew. Drink an average brew and chew the fat with some friends and enjoy the nice view. Did I mention the nice view? But I will say this much. the beer is damn cold! And a cold beer is a good one because this is Texas. Texas, M’urca. Fuk yeah! The«famous» ribeye steak sandwich is average. The catfish is a decent size portion but also average and kinda soggy. Reminds me of the first time I fried fish while camping and I did not get the oil on the first filet hot enough. The sweet tater fries were actually tasty. During warmer months you can also burn calories swatting flies who want some of your grub but Hey! The view here is pretty and the vibe is laid back so hard to get angry at flies just doing what flies do… ya know… that fly thing. buzzing around and wanting to share a snack with you. Whassup, flies? Now get off my food. Why won’t you flies listen to me and go back into the woods? Everybody in Wimberley, Texas seems like they are stoned and kind of in an other worldly frame of mind so if you leave Wimberley, Texas feeling buzzed, slightly confused and other worldly… just know that this mind frame is contagious. Like Hawaiian Polynesian Paralysis… except you are not on Maui because you are in Wimberley, Texas. You can rest assured that nobody in Wimberley, Texas is even reading this nor cares what I think. Hell, I am at the point in this review where even I don’t care what I think either. Would I come back to Ino’z Brew & Chew again? My answer is hell yes! Why? Because the view is pretty and if nothing else you need to come here and drink a beer or two just to say you have been here. And like me you will end up grabbing a bite most likely. This is a place that I love to come to not care about what I am thinking. Just like everybody else here. It ain’t a bad thing at all. But then again I was trying not to think about any of that so how about just cutting me a break and shaddap your piehole and drink your beer? Sometimes it’s just good to be quiet and just enjoy the view. I am your Unilocal buddy, Madman! And you can always trust my reviews! But if you don’t.well. I don’t really care about that either. Not giving a shit sometimes takes hard work and effort so I hope you can trust and appreciate that if nothing else. And if you don’t? Well hell! That’s just fine too. It ain’t no sweat off my netherparts. So do drop in to Ino’z Brew and Chew so that you too may understand the Zen of not caring. Like I said. Or not. Either way. The view here is pretty.

Mr. and I stumbled on Inoz for a boozy lunch this past Saturday. He ordered one of the local beers and I, the sangria. We ate the chips and blanco queso as an appetizer. The drinks were great — just what we were looking for. The queso, was good, but that’s hard to mess up. As our main entrees, we ordered the baked potato(me) and the chicken friend chicken sandwich(him). Both were great, but Mr.‘s was AMAZING. Great ambiance + great service + great food… can’t go wrong! We look forward to coming back on a prettier day(it was raining this past weekend) and toting the kids.

Save your money and time. Low quality bar food, only thing good about it is the porch. Pretty sure at least two of the waiters were high, or at least they hate their job. They pour the drinks over the railing when clearing a table, not professional. Won’t be back.

I loved Ino’z… Nuthin’ beats the enjoyment of some delish chicken sandwich or wrap number overlooking the river, with deers running about. I don’t even mind the small children. Ahhhh, the epitome of meals in the Texas hill country.

After a long drive from Houston, this place was perfect. We sat on the gorgeous patio and immediately felt relaxed. Blake, our server, provided a proper welcome and made us feel at home. After looking at some of the reviews, I think you need to come to Ino’z with the proper expectations– this is not gourmet food. That being said, our meals were tasty. I followed the menu’s recommendation to order the ribeye sandwich — tender meat, grilled to my desire, nice roll, and overall was a home run. Between that and the local Saison that Blake recommended, I could feel the miles melt away with every bite and sip. My wife got the baked potato which she also thought was great. Overall, we thought this was a great spot for lunch. Our favorite restaurant in town was The Leaning Pear, but that is an entirely different type of experience. At the end of the day Ino’z was a great mellow experience. I would like to see some live music there at some point, but alas that will have to be during another visit.
