I wanted to thank the two men who came and aerated our lawn on ⁴⁄₃₀ in Lake Grove. They did a beautiful job and overseeded as well as blew off our patio when they were finished. We didn’t expect any of this they were very professional. We will definitely continue to use their services. Thank You !!

I think that I have had two bad experiences in a row this year with this local company they «forgot» about the appointment that they called to make with me the night before, and when it came to the Spring appointment they failed to do the job of adjusting our irrigation heads correctly causing another appointment to be made, which still led us to losing some of our plants due to inadequate sprinkler head output that they replaced on the first visit (the original sprinkler head that they replaced worked just fine because it had the right water output and distance unlike the new one). I am frustrated with their current level of service because they used to not only offer quality service but because they had a great price point as well when we used them in another area. It’s sad.

We started using prograss for weed control about 6 months ago. The first time they came, AMAZING. All our weed disappeared within a week. The second time, we also noticed a huge difference. Every time after that, nada. Weeds are still there. And I mean, the weeds that were there before they came, are still standing a week or 2 later. Im not sure what the difference is from the first time but our weeds have become immune to their treatment.
Also– we were schedule for someone to come out every 5 – 7 weeks and I was continually having to call them and ask when the next time they were coming was. They did not stick to their schedule very well.

We’ve been through nearly a dozen lawn services in the past twenty years. Some of them were sloppy or careless, one of them mistakenly «fertilized» our front lawn with RoundUp about two weeks before we were due to put our first house on the market, one of them «accidentally» killed a beautiful stand of bamboo, one of them gave our lawn a disease that looked like crop circles. Our lawn always looked pretty ratty. Until Prograss. We’ve had them for a year and the grass suddenly looks gorgeous and healthy. That isn’t to say there haven’t been problems, but customer service is excellent and if you can’t get ahold of your representative you can call the main office and they’ll find someone to handle your problem pronto. I’m very pleased with them.

I heard about this landscaping company on Groupon and took advantage of their service. The scheduling for an estimate and then service was simple and timely considering it took me awhile to get back to the company. The guys that came out to tackle the beast of a laurel hedge were friendly, efficient, and did a great job of cleaning up the mess. I was thrilled to come home and find my hedge looking great! (Ladies, this was a project that my husband had put off for several years and never got to it.) I would highly recommend this company.
