Went rug shopping with my friend Kelly. Majid came up to help us. Such a great idea, customized rug. We looked at several rugs, even Persian rugs. We finally decided on the customizable rugs. Majid had is take home a sample book this way we could look at actual colors in the house and how they blended. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Jawid was another helpful staff member. Will definitely recommend them to anyone who is rug shopping

We ordered a rug and needed custom alterations. After three weeks and repeated unanswered voice messages, the rug is still not complete. As it turns out the wrong order number was processed and they received the wrong rug. We were never told about this delay, nor is NW Rugs able to tell us when we might be able to expect our rug. We are extremely disappointed with the lack of attention to detail, communication, and professionalism.

Went looking all over town for 2 rugs in specific sizes. A lot of the places I went to had nothing close to the exact size. Called the wilsonville location to see if they had them before making the trip out there and the person that answered the phone was completely rude and acted like I was an idiot because I asked if they had the size. His response to everything was smart and sarcastic. He was also the manager. I called him out and i think he got the point of how mad i am and told him i will NEVER go to his store. Very aggravated after the phone call.
