Best pizza I’ve ever had. Full of flavor! Great ingredients. It’s expensive but worth it as a treat every now and then. I can’t say one negative thing about this place. Just try it, and you’ll see.

We usually love this pizza. Got the entire tomato tonight… butts and all. We had to cook the doughy breadsticks in our oven. Pizzas will have to go in next. Undercooked. Bummer.

Their pizza is good but the service is not what it used to be. I will not be going back. Delivery could not be done midday for some reason, there were no drivers available on this particular day and time although I had placed my order online. I recieved no discount or apology, just a refund on the delivery fee. I had to come in myself to get it. I may try a different Bellagios next time if I go again at all.

So sad that your employees are at the bottom of the gene pool. I came in for a lunch on a working Saturday. One young girl employee was busy talking to her mom outside the restaurant door and the only other person there was fumbling around making pizzas and taking phone orders by himself. Finally the girl comes in and takes my order then tell the other guy she needs to leave for some personal thing so she leaves him all by himself and 23 minutes later he looks at my order, goes in back the comes out 7 minutes later to tell me that he doesn’t have any bread to make my sandwich… I’ve waited 30 minutes just to hear that he’s out of bread,
really how do you not know you are out if bread. Good luck staying in business. i don’t see a long future for you here. There’s so many places who want my money, I am not going to force you to take mine. Try the business model of Perfect Pizza, they know how to work a business.

I came in with my mom for a quick bite, and while we were almost deterred by the «30 minute» pizza prep, it was well worth the wait. They managed to get it to us in about 20 minutes, and the guys working inside were super friendly.
The pizza had good coverage of toppings, a solid crust, and it came to us piping hot. As for the décor, the seating area is relatively dark & cramped, so I would recommend ordering to-​go. On the plus side, the restroom here was incredibly clean.

Haven’t ordered from them in years. Decided to take a chance and what a mistake! Ordered online waited over an hour and the combo pizza worth $ 29 had jalapeños and cheese. When I called I got interrupted when I was describing the situation and was offered another pizza which would take another hour. He then offered a refund. Didn’t seem to bother him that we weren’t satisfied. When I said we wouldn’t order for them again he said ok… good luck if you take a chance on this place.

They have good pizza but terrible service for delivery customers. We placed an order on Friday night at 6:07 and were quoted a delivery time of 7:21. I called at 7:30 to check the status and they told me they accidentally put olives on it and had to remake it. Our pizza did not arrive until after 8pm. I wish they reached out to us or gave us an accurate delivery window. They told me «normally they would compensate me but they couldn’t right now.» I understand Friday is a busy time for a pizza restaurant, but they are a business and we are paying customers.

I’m conflicted with my review… I love their pizza, but their customer is terrible! We ordered via the phone for a delivery we were quoted with a 45min-​1hr. delivery time. When I called because it was at 50min. They said it will probably be at least 1.5hr now because its Friday night and they’ve had a lot of walk in customers. So I guess if you order over the phone on a Friday expect to be put at the back of the line if walk in customers show up. It’s now been 70min… still waiting…

Walked in was not greeted didn’t know where to sit because most of the tables were used by employees. Folding boxes and working on paperwork. Felt like we were a bother to them. The guy at the register was nice. Had a difficult time getting our order straight. I had a grinder sandwich which was average tasting. Large size but wasn’t impressed by the sandwich. On our way out no one said anything to us like, thanks, see you soon, come back. Not sure if we will be coming back. There are other pizza and sandwich places that are happy to see us in the Wilsonville area.

I wish I could give less than one star. I’ve been lied to twice by different employees who stood by their stories. It is now almost 1 ½ hours since I called for delivery and food is still not here. I won’t be ordering from here again.

Again, quoted 8:28 for my pizza to be ready, show 5 mins late just to give them some more time, and when I show up the pizza is going in the oven. Seriously annoying. Can you guys figure out how to either better hit your time targets or start quoting people later times? Unfortunately I have a feeling if they told me a hour, the pizza wouldn’t be done for a hour and fifteen. Knocking a star off for the consistent issue.

I loved the online ordering. The food took about an hour to arrive, but was well worth the wait. We did chicken wings, Caesar salad, and a Mother Earth pizza. Everything was great.

Went here tonight for the first time. I used the online website to order a large Margherita, large ham (Canadian bacon) and pineapple, a gluten free «build your own» pizza, and wings. The sun dried tomatoes we got on the gluten free were burnt completely black and they were inedible. All of the pizzas were barely average tasting, very disappointing. This location was out of the spicy chicken wings, but they did call to tell me this and politely offered to replace them with bbq wings (which I agreed to, and they were good). I just moved to this area/​state, and am surprised at how many good reviews this place got — was it an off night, or are folks here not used to good pizza? ;) Based on tonight I’d give this place a wide berth. I give them two stars for the service, otherwise this would be an easy one star.

Hats off the pizza artists had Bellagios Wilsonville! We had two truly delicious pies tonight. The crusts were the perfect combination of crispy and chewy. The sauce to cheese to topping ratio was spot on. Both pies spent just the right amount of time in the oven. Yum yum!

I’ve been to Bellagio’s a number of times. I definitely like their pizza. They do a thin crust really well, and their toppings seem particularly fresh. I especially like how they do fresh tomatoes. For some reason I prefer the Tualatin location though. I guess they seem a little friendlier and more attentive. Note that there really isn’t much of a place to actually sit and eat there, it is pretty much strictly take-​out.

Had been ordering pizza without incident for years; today we opened up our pizza box to find the pizza was under cooked and «gooey» and not in any way crispy and delicious. Not typically liking to complain, I begrudgingly called to explain the situation; after being transferred to a man that I was told would solve all of my problems and explained the pizza was under cooked/​gooey he quickly cut me off and said, «It’s impossible the pizza is gooey.» with an arrogant sense of superiority, as though he were the supreme pizza inspector for the entire realm, and would know what an under cooked pizza would look like while a mere peasant such as myself would not. I then told him would wouldn’t be buying pizza from them anymore at that point (due to his interruption and tone) and he replied with a chipper and helpful, «Ok!»
The pizza there WAS good, but I guess good luck if you have any issues with anything at any point in time.

Best pizza in Wilsonville! We’re huge fans of the Very Veggie, Margherita and Pepperoni Plus (love the crispy edges on the pepperoni) and I’d like to try some of the other pizzas, too. Bellagios has craveable, tender pizza crust that’s crisp on the bottom. Toppings have great flavor, and everything is super-​fresh. We always get some yummy fresh garden or Caesar salads to go with. Order delivery, and your pizza will arrive hot. Friendly service.
