We have had our business account with Bank of America for many years and have usually received good service. There was recently a turnover of personnel at the Wilsonville branch. I waited in line 20 minutes, which I consider excessive. I commented on it to the teller and received no acknowledgment, let alone apology. I was a bit baffled. I will make it a point to post a good review if I go back in and service has improved. Right now I miss previous personnel. Ok. Much better service today. Upgraded to 4 stars. Different teller. Very nice.

This bank needs more tellers. The only reason they earned two stars is because the tellers that they have are nice, but there shouldn’t be this long of a wait to speak to a teller. This has happened on multiple days at different times in the day.
