I went into my basement this morning to discover that a leaking pipe had caused a partial collapse of the finished ceiling. After trying some of the «big names,» I was disappointed to find that they would not travel to Northern Niagara County on short notice and «may be able to get there in a day or so.» I turned to Unilocal and found Rapid. Carlin (the owner) came by within half an hour, and had the leak located and fixed in no time. He was courteous, clean and did excellent work, quickly, and inexpensively. I am very pleased with his work, and have already highly recommended this relatively new company to neighbors and friends. Will definitely use again for HVAC as well as plumbing!
