Clean room, needs a bit of maintenance, but whta doesn’t. Efficient staff, good roomservice. A-OK place to crash when traveling.

I would stay here again so I think the four star rating make sense for that. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, breakfast had bananas and cereal that you could grab – didn’t have more than that. We had a non-smoking room which did not smell like smoke and we were in the main building. This was exactly what we were looking for as we drove down to Florida. $ 100 with tax for the night(April). Wifi worked well.

Ok so my fiancé is a trucker and we didn’t feel like staying in the truck yesterday. We wanted some solid good night sleep with a wonderful shower. We currently are traveling with our two mini pins so we were looking for a pet friendly hotel. The staff here are beyond a shadow of a doubt amazing and kind. However the room they put us in which was on the outer side of the hotel was very hot and the shower was not so clean. The AC was not working. I understand that with pet friendly hotels they have certain rooms especially for animals just in case of accidents. However that doesn’t mean the rooms can be neglected. I called up to the front and explained the situation, they couldn’t get anyone to come fix the AC so I politely asked for our money back and we were just going to go stay in the truck. She politely told me she would call the manager and they went ahead and had us switch rooms. They put us in one of the rooms inside the hotel near the lobby and it was completely night and day. The ones inside are super clean, comfy beds, and wonderful AC. So if your going to get a room make sure it’s inside! Thank you staff for being so kind and understanding.

Asked for a non-smoking room, but was given a room that reeked of smoke and had cigarette burns all over the sheets and curtains. I generally don’t mind a bit of smoke when I’m out somewhere, but this room was simply disgusting. The only reason why I ended up staying here was because there was pretty much nowhere else to go as a huge storm was rolling in. Wouldn’t stay here again.

My review in Jan 2014 was accurate for the area of the hotel I was in. This January I discovered there is a separate two story building with exterior entrances. There is a noticeable difference between the two buildings. I will say that things were clean, the bed comfortable, and the free wifi worked well. This was one of those bitterly cold winter nights, and the heat unit did keep the room comfortable — but it was set at 83 to make it that way. The coat rack in the closet was noticeably crooked. So was a towel rack with holes from a previous location under it. There was some type of storage box that was well worn. Insist on staying in the building with the interior entrances.

Not the Ritz but then I don’t pay for the Ritz. The rooms are nice and comfortable with very high ceilings, lots of pillows on the bed and crisp fresh linens. The staff is always friendly, the front desk welcomes and accommodates each request. This is a great break from the I95 corridor, I have stayed here four or five times now and been satisfied each time. Thanks to the front desk and to housekeeping for taking pride in your work and providing travelers with a clean comfortable room.
