Mr Tire Auto Service Centers

Couldn’t be more grateful of these amazing people at Mr. Tire. I’ve been driving since 6pm yesterday from Florida on our way back home in Maryland when my tire goes flat, I pulled out to the nearest exit, put my temporary tire on and headed to the nearest tire place… The lady that tended to me was friendly from the start and noticed that my wife and I were taking turns being outside in 23 degrees with our puppy, she called us inside and told us that our fur baby was welcome inside as we waited for our car to get serviced. It turned out my rim was slightly bent and air came out my tire. Nothing was severely wrong and they were kind enough to put my tire back in place and dug through my luggage to put my spare back in my trunk at no charge! Amazing people. God bless you all.

This used to be our «go to» auto repair/​oil change place. Last month we took our car in for an oil change, check engine light and an AC problem. I am not sure what was done or not done but the oil light and check engine light remained on after we paid almost $ 400 for all repairs. We took it back in, the girl working the desk kept interrupting me while I was trying to explain what was wrong and when we got the car back only the oil light was fixed and not the check engine light. When we brought it back again they stated that the small «pin hole» leak, that they had fixed (that was causing the check engine light to come on) was now a «gross leak». At that visit, I dealt with an EXTREMELY nice and apologetic man who was VERY helpful. When I picked up the car after the «gross leak» was fixed, I had to deal with the overly talkative girl again. She again interrupted me when I was talking and did not listen to anything I had to say. I did not complain at all about what happened, nor were we charged again but she continued to go on and on about how this was not their fault. (no one was blaming them). The AC problem continues in our car that we paid them to fix but I honestly will not take it back because I do not want to deal with her again. Again, one of the male employees I worked with was FANTASTIC!
