Insanely good customer service. The employees seem to enjoy their jobs and the manager always touches tables to ensure guests are happy. The food is better than Panera and they don’t limit your wifi sessions. Bring your business across the street if you’re in the mood for salads, soups, or sandwiches.

Wayyyy better than panera !! Super creativity shown in the hundreds of soup recipes with amazing quality and freshness, I’m floating in a flavour wonderland. The sandwiches are amazing flavor and fresh withthe perfect balance. Alot of soup choices ! And you can sample them all and they aren’t cheap about it. It’s encouraged. ALLHEILZOUP

Excellent service and deliciously good food! I’ve been wanting to come here for a while and just decided to stop in on Sunday in between running errands. The staff was welcoming, friendly and knowledgable. They encourage you to taste any soup you want which is really fun. I got the lobster bisque and my boyfriend had the half chicken pot pie, half chicken Caesar salad. All soups come with a warm, soft roll. This place exceeded my expectations and I can’t wait to come back!

The staff is awesome, so polite and they are always open to giving you samples. A bit pricy but it’s similar to what you’d pay at panera or things like that. It’s also nice that their nutrition information is all online so you can count calories. My only issue was I got my sandwich and it was legitimately cold the second time I went. I wanted to go up and ask them to reheat but they were very busy so I just took it home and heated it. Soup was great though. Would’ve been a 3 star but the staff is so kind that it gets 4

I really enjoy the variety of soup. The salad was fresh. The price was good. I would come back here again. Not close to my home but to get good soup, I would make the drive.

Terrible customer service today. Manager wanted to educate us on their process rather than apologize for the lateness of our order from his staff.

I love zoup! It’s the best soup around. I go in for lunch all time. The owner is always there and he is great. I love all the soups. I also like how the menu tells you what is low calorie, vegan and gluten free. It makes its easy for people who are watching what they eat. The salads and sandwiches are really good too!

Hidden treasure. We were at another store nearby and thought soup sounded good. To our surprise, their variety was amazing. From cream to chunky stews. All fresh. Salad and sandwiches are good too. We have even been back 3 times, and are going today as event time family visits they want to go here.

I came here with some co-workers for lunch. I was quite surprised how good this place was! As I entered, the aroma I smelled was heavenly. Warm soups, and fresh bread. When in line, friendly staff offered small samplers of the soup, as many as you like! I tried the lobster bisque, and cream of mushroom. They were simply delicious. I had a turkey sandwich on French bread with cheddar cheese. It was perfection. Crusty bread, fresh spinach, moist turkey — yum. I bet take out from here would be great on a cold rainy day. Eat this in from of your fireplace or fire pit for extra coziness.

One of my favorite lunch places in the area! Everything is fresh, delicious, & there’s always a great selection of soups to choose from. You can’t go wrong with the Lobster Bisque, or the Chicken Enchilada. I’m also a fan of the seasonal berry salad, if you’re opting for the half soup, half salad option for a bit of a lighter fare.

The idea behind Zoup is good. I only gave it 4 stars bc I couldn’t build my own sandwich. I had to pick one from the menu and alter it. Staff was very friendly and willing to let me sample different soups.

I generally like spicy food so I had the Shrimp & Crawfish Étouffée and a half salad of Loco Burrito. Both had plenty of flavor and spice. The staff is very helpful and customer oriented. Really glad I stopped in and I plan to come back again soon.

Recently discovered this place, and we keep coming back. Always about 12 different hearty soups to choose from. The soups rotate out of total of many, many. Samples gladly given. They also have sandwiches that they will grill for you if you ask. Soups and salads are excellent — sandwiches are average lunch meat variety. We hope their soups stay as good and hearty as they are now and don’t start to sacrifice quality over time. And staff is very friendly!

My wife and I first tried out Zoup! while we were in the area on a Saturday. Panera Bread is my wife’s absolute favorite restaurant of all time, and were I the jealous type, I would suspect infidelity. But seriously: I am tired of that restaurant. It’s a chain restaurant, too — what philistine makes a chain their favorite? But I digress. Once in a while I like to eat elsewhere, so I was hoping that Zoup! might be similar enough to interrupt the broken record and get it back on track so that we can listen to the next song. I loved this place. The salad I ordered — I think it was called the«Loco Burrito» — had a spicy ranch dressing that was simply exquisite. The soups have ranged from decent to good, but it is this salad that has me sold. The staff is super-solicitous; every time we’ve been, the manager comes out to ask how our meal is. In addition, the place is clean — an important, basic piece of restaurant quality that should never be overlooked. While I’m not sure I’ve yet convinced my wife that this is an acceptable alternative(it doesn’t help that there’s a Panera Bread close by this Zoup!), I am putting this place in the regular rotation… by fiat, if necessary.

Zoup is delicious! They have a great variety of soups. They pair well with the salads and sandwiches they have available also. You can tell that they use fresh ingredients in their soups which bring out a full robust flavor. The pumpkin pie bisque was yummy! Also try the chili. :)

Loved the fresh ingredients and old fashioned customer service. The soup and sandwiches are my favorite. Pretty great price for the quality of food. One of my favorite stops on kirkwood hwy. Living in bear area has its downfalls. Recommend highly!!!

I decided to try out this spot after I received a coupon in the mail for a free soup. I was VERY impressed! The staff was very friendly. One staff member explained their ‘story’ to me and then another friendly staff member came out and greeted me and ensured that I had heard the story. I was impressed. I ordered the broccoli and cheese soup with a hunk of french bread. It was very good and the bread was soft. I also ordered a turkey club sandwich. It came warm on a french roll and was also very good. The total for the 2 before the coupon was $ 12. A little pricey in my mind but very good! Delicious, quality food!

While I adored the concept of a soup bar, Zoup fell dismally short. I tried the new England clam chowder and lobster bisque and found them to be very floury and almost gummy in texture. I ultimately decided on a cup of tomato basil(did not sample 1st) and a tuna lemon caper half sandwich. They did not offer me a choice on bread and I was very disappointed when I unwrapped my sandwich to find a sorry looking wrap. The wrap was soggy from the cup of mayo oozing out-mayo overkill. The tomato basil soup tasted no better than soup from a can, in fact I would have preferred from a can. I’m still in disbelief that I spent nearly $ 12 on a lunch I threw away. My co-worker felt the same about his meal and we agreed there are far better options out there for your money. I’d highly recommend skipping this wannabe and instead walking further down the strip mall to the Italian catering place that has genuine homemade, fine-crafted soups and a fancy list of city inspired sammies.

Zoup opened up very recently, so I was curious about it. They have about 12 different soups to try, and they allow you to taste as many as you’d like before you order. They have a variety of different sandwiches and salads to go along with your soup. I got a half Greek salad and half tomato basil soup combination. The soup was nice and hot and tasted nice. My salad came with a balsamic dressing and was good too. Both were a bit bland. I tried a bite of my friends veggie sandwich and that was a little bland too. Im sure they realize this because they had some hot sauces lying around. Also, expect to pay around $ 10/per person. Décor is nice and similar to Cosi or Panera Bread, although not quite as cozy. Staff were extremely friendly. I’ll be back, I definitely want to try more of the soups.
