Treehouse Café

Wonderfully friendly and cozy atmosphere with excellent food and service… the treehouse breakfast sandwich is great! And there are a variety of great lunch sandwiches and healthy shakes!!! Very unique place!

A clean and bright little café/​eatery with a very pleasant atmosphere. Their breakfast fare is very good but i tend to stick to the breakfast sandwich which is delicious. They give nice portions and are reasonable. And they do not rush you out of there if you want to chill out, sip a late, and read your paper or surf the web a bit. Overall a neat place to be.

Amazing food and service! The owner, or simply a over the top nice employee greeted me with a smile, a warm welcome, and offered up her service. One of those people that restores your faith in humanity. Not to mention, the food was amazing. I had the «All in One» which features avocado, turkey, Apple, humus, mozzarella, and cucumber on a baguette. Be sure to try the Treehouse Super Shake! Great energy! It really is «Health To Go!»

I stopped in here on a whim, and left with what was maybe the best breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had (the Treehouse Breakfast Sandwich — $ 5.95 — egg, avocado, peppers, onion, tomato and cheese on a croissant). Adorable, super clean space, and the owner, Di, seems like a doll. Check out this little neighborhood gem! If you take the Delaware Ave/​52 exit off of 95 South, you pass it as soon as you enter the Trinity District. There were a few 1-​hour spots on the street available when I got that.

Super cute atmosphere! Friendly service! The woman helping us was so nice. The aesthetic is awesome. And the food is good quality breakfast shit.

This place is adorable and cozy. We are not from the area and we wanted a quick bite at about 1pm on a Saturday. I’m not sure if it was a holiday or what, but everything in Wilmington closes at around 1 o’clock! Luckily we found Treehouse Café, which had great Unilocal reviews and was open until 2. Upon walking in, we were warmly greeted by an older lady (unfortunately didn’t get names). We were the only ones in there and the place looked like it was closing soon, so we asked to make sure it wasn’t too late to order. The older woman was very sweet and assured us that it’s okay, but the girl at the register kept sighing and acting as though we’re annoying her. We ordered coffee and she said that she had just spilled out all the coffee, but her superior told her that she should make more. My boyfriend apologized and asked her if it would be easier to make espresso instead. She told us it doesn’t matter and she’ll make whatever. Other than the girl making us feel bad for coming in, everything was great and fresh; we both ordered sandwiches.

Tasty bulgogi short rib bowl, yummy smoothies. Great and quiet spot for lunch if you happen to be in the Wilmington area for work and such.

Good food and friendly service. My food came out very quickly. Will definitely return again.

What a refreshing treat having this place open up in the area! Prior to Treehouse Café, the options in the immediate area were mediocre at best. Treehouse Café has a great selection of wholesome food options. Everything is fresh and flavorful and the sizes of the sandwiches are impressive. You will not leave hungry.
The staff is very friendly and in my three visits so far I’ve always been greeted with a smile. I stopped by today shortly after the lunch hour and had a very nice conversation with them. I even found out that they take phone orders for take-​out which is nice to know considering how popular they are during the peak lunch hour.
I have recommended this place to several friends who work in the area and will continue to do so.

Great local spot. Wide selection of different coffees as well as cold drinks, and hot breakfast sandwiches which are spot on. They spent a TON of money rehabbing this entire building. This probably takes the throne as the coziest coffee shop in Wilmington at this point. Plenty of room to chat, read the paper, work on your laptop (free WiFi of course), whatever. There’s also a big conference room upstairs if you need to meet with business clients. 5 legit stars.
