Do not live here. Moving here has by far been one of the worst mistakes I could have made. Everything here is poor and not worth the price(even if the price seems reasonable). The amenities look nice at first glance but are cheap. The exterior areas are not well maintained at all. There is a rodent problem in the building. The walls are thin and you can hear everyone around you. Basic fixtures break all the time. There is a Qodoba next door and the entry way and hallways always smell terrible. They used to clean the entryway but they do not anymore. Recently the building entry box stopped working and everyone in the building was locked out. This place is just not worth it. Trust me. Move on to something else. I’m embarrassed to even bring company over to a place like this. I look forward to moving out of here. It’s been hell.

I don’t live here, but I’m in search of an apartment in Wilmington and I called, emailed and clicked the link to have someone contact me. After speaking to one person who had no clue if they had apartments available to look at he sent my info to someone who could help. I never got a reply or a call. I’ve given up and will not be living here.

Moving here was one of the worst mistakes I ever made. The Apartments while nice on the surface are very cheaply done. As I’m writing this, I’m sitting in said apartment paying 3 times rate for emergency heat because for over a month, the heating system has been broken for my unit. It took dozens of emails to get the leasing office to even sent maintenance out to diagnose the problem, and after they finally restored the expensive emergency heat I waited for a month with no word on when someone would be out to fix the issue. It took me walking to the leasing office and demanding answers to finally get a person scheduled to come fix it. Additionally, the barriers between the apartments and the units above them are paper thin. Unless you live on the top floor, expect to hear everything going on above you. The leasing office vacillates between incompetent and absenteeism. Emails go unanswered and once your contract is signed, don’t expect to ever have a phone call returned. As for the area. It’s listed as «up and coming» but that’s a joke. The homeless have absolutely over run the area. More times than I care to count I’ve walked out of the apartment to find someone rooting through my trash who then demands(not asks, DEMANDS) I give them money. Additionally, with only street parking available, expect to write dozens of letters to the Wilmington Parking Authority asking them to review and cancel the ticket they gave you for being legally parked in a residential area. I’ve gone through a full book of stamps disputing tickets In conclusion, between the terrible area, the shoddy quality of the apartments and the awful leasing office, there’s no way I’d recommend these apartments to anyone. Go further down market street to 2nd and LOMA or, if you’re looking for better night life and apartments that are more reasonably priced for the amenities go into Trolley Square. Avoid LOMA at all costs. UPDATE: on 1÷5÷2014 my neighbors accidentally set the fire alarm off. The whole building had to exit but after waiting for several minutes the fire department never came. This is because the fire box in the building was installed improperly and does not alert the fire department when the alarm is set off. This is a huge safety violation and one more reason to focus your search somewhere else.

Don’t waste your money here. The apartments look nice but it’s all superficial. Horrendous neighborhood nearby not to mention the management company is entirely incompetent on even the smallest matters. We moved here very quickly and wasn’t able to really spend a lot of time searching for a place. Needless to say this was the biggest mistake we ever made. Don’t get sucked in by the new renovations either, very cheaply done
