I’m not a picky person, but I do have a thing for accuracy, courtesy, and pride. This place lacked in all three areas. I definitely don’t like feeling I am in the wrong for visiting your establishment. I felt that way here. — Following simple directions, for example. I ask for a «very small» amount of mayo, and the guy puts mayo on non stop until I interrupt and ask him to stop. This tells me they don’t care. — They are all wearing camo shirts that say Subway supports the military. When I show my mil ID and ask if they offer a discount he scoffs as he says an abrupt no! — Multiple subs, cookies, chips, etc. for my family, he then hands me each thing individually until I am struggling to hold all the individual backs and subs. Finally he puts napkins, only napkins, in a bag big enough for everything and hands it to me like that. Seriously, do you care at all about doing a good job. — My daughter needs to use the restroom. I check tho women’s room. Toilet is stopped up and overflowing.

I go to this Subway 3 – 4 times a week. After today I will never go back. I’m sitting in the restaurant eating my sub when a homeless guy walks in and starts harassing customers for money. He then sits in the booth in from of me and starts asking me to buy him a sandwich. I get up and ask to speak to a manager and I tell her that this guy is harassing me for money. She looks at me, shrugs her shoulder and does absolutely nothing. As a paying customer I’ve never been treated so poorly. I grabbed my cola and immediately left. I will never go back to this location. Extremely poor management!!! Edit– the guy with the beard who wears the beard cover is the only real manager in this place. Would of been great if he was there today.
