Didn’t make a purchase there but I am writing this review to thank them for their honesty.
Walked in looking for an after market Apple 30 port to lighting and they advised me not to get the ones they carry cause they ll fail.
Told me to go to best buy and get an original apple part.

They have nice equipment in a range of prices, and listen to you carefully to help you pick what’s best for you. They don’t push the pricey stuff, but when I clearly wasn’t satisfied with the more moderately priced speakers, they took me to listen to the Focals. They are very nice speakers! And to save me money, the salesman suggested leaving my existing factory speakers in the back doors, saying I wouldn’t hear enough difference to make it worth replacing them if I got the Focals in the front. He also advised disconnecting the factory tweeters (2013 Hyundai Elantra), since the Focals have their own tweeters. Even with that, I cut the treble a few notches to suit my taste. Everything was neatly installed in a timely manner. My only beef was that they forgot to hook up the right power window, so I had to go back to get that fixed, but they did that in 15 minutes, so all is well.

I’ve been going to the Kirkwood Hwy shop for years, they do all my work, highly recommended. I have done two vehicle sound systems plus several evolutions of upgrades, and a remote start. Great people, really good advice, stand behind their work, high quality product lines at really fair prices.

I had a problem with the remote start/​entry installed Feb 2014. I contacted them to let them know, and to inquire about my options. They let me know that it was under warranty. I was able to drop it off the night before my appointment for repair. It was completed within an hour of them opening the next day. Works like a charm.

I had made an appointment over the phone for a new car stereo and installation. I was not very specific about model and when I arrived the cost was much higher than expected. Turns out the model I wanted was replaced with updated, more expensive model. NO PROBLEM! I showed the item I had wanted on
and they matched that price! I got a better radio for price of old model. Installation was excellent and I can’t say enough about the friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended.

Bought a groupon for 150 $ for a remote starter. Fine print said some cars may require advanced bypass including but not limited to jaguar, BMW, Lexus, Audi, etc. What they really mean is every car made after 2000 (which would practically be every car) needs advanced bypass for an extra 80 $. Good way to scam the customer. Also dropped the car off at 930 with a 4 – 5 hr installation time and it was still not done as of 530. Would not recommend.
