Our furnace was inspected by Khalid this morning.
His arrival was timely, his workmanship is professional, detailed and respectful of the customer’s property.

Khalid inspected our two furnaces last week. he was thorough and extremely professional. He was detailed in his inspection and explained te workings to us with patience.
Sobieski Services had installed our upstairs furnace about two years ago.
This is a professional company focused on customer service. We would highly recommend it.

Their customer service is on-​point. Their prices are reasonable. Their technicians are knowledgeable, friendly and reliable– sometimes late for their appointment, but it’s worth it. I’d highly recommend them.

Willie checked our plumbing shortly after Khalid (also great!) came for our HVAC system. He was incredibly personable and explained what he was looking for in each of the sinks, showers, drains, etc. in my parents’ house. His inspection was timely and thorough! Awesome customer service.

I arrived home from work to find that my heater was not working. I called Sobieski and they immediately called me back to tell me I would have somebody in an hour. Matt C. arrived on time when they said he would. Completed his inspection and explained his finding very clearly. Needless to say, fixed what was wrong and now my heating is working. I would recommend them highly and couldn’t have asked for better service…

We were very happy with our plumbing technician Andrew H and Sobieski. We received an email confirming our appointment and a notification the day of which provided the technicians name. Andrew surveyed the work and provided an estimate before starting. We would recommend Sobieski to others.

Scott B. Did an excellent job on our plumbing maintenance check up. He was professional and thorough. He took the needed time to explain the service, and provided options and suggestions such as an upgraded sump pump with a battery back up. He put covers on his shoes as to not track in dirt. Very appreciated. Professional, courteous, and knowledgeable describes Scott B. Excellent experience.

They never really fix anything but have exorbitant charge structure. Both heating and AC systems installed and serviced by them and are down every season. Would not ever recommend for installation or service. They don’t return phone calls when you try to work through an issue the have caused.

Spoke with Sobieski relating to a water pressure issue. They were very efficient and professional on the phone, and scheduled the technician to come to the house that day. Everything went without a hitch. We have been with Sobieski since we built our home in 2007 and have always had excellent service.

They charged me the visit fee and then charged me to turn the valve on the retention tank on my boiler. Really??? Came to like $ 150 to turn a valve.

Sobieski replaced our hot water heater. The work was first class, as was our previous experience with replacement of our furnace & A/​C. Usual coordination is required, but work is top notch.

One of the best contractors we’ve had in our home. The customer service, punctuality and quality of work were all outstanding. They installed a new gas furnace, removed all of the old equipment, and left the cellar spotless.
