Horrible customer service. Agent never showed or called to cancel. I arranged my schedule to be there waiting for 2 hrs with no repair being made. Never offered to reschedule me. Horrible representatives.

Had windshield replaced on Equinox. Noticed wiper was not contacting windshield properly to get all water drops, called and Tech came back out & we figured out problem that wiper housing was binding. A little 1⁄8 trim of the plastic wiper holder end solved the problem.
2nd small crack on Toyota fixed & cannot tell where is was.
