Follow refund policy explicitly. They refunded my money. What a nightmare. These folks are likely a total scam — making huge promises and delivering nothing. I guess they make their money from all the people who fail to request a refund after absolutely zero foreclosures. I did very thorough BPOs that I know any bank would love. As it turns out, they’re not representing Chase as they stated to me. Don’t waste your time. P. S. I also looked into attorney general complaints and let them know my intent. Guy sarcastically said«It’s all hearsay. You won’t be able to get anywhere.»(As if he was familiar with process.) I replied, «No, it’s not hear-say. I haven’t written proof with proof of email/written notification.» I heard him gulp then he took my info to mail me a check. Keep all emails — time and date stamped — with refund requests. Be sure to email the correct email address stated in their policy.(Not the email address they use to communicate with you.) Their physical office address is bogus too. It’s an office suite and nothing more than a virtual address.
