Very clean. I’ve notice the staff constantly cleaning the machines, even the manager! It’s nice to see the manager working hard and doing tasks ever employee is doing. Josh helped me sign up for the gym, He was very friendly and helpful. All employees at this site are very friendly and willing to help, and always cleaning! Between the price and how clean this facility is I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

What is there to say? If you are looking for a club that is very clean and has everything you need for a decent price then this is it, your only choices if you live in CB are to drive into Wilmington.
for 20 bucks I get unlimited guests and I can go to any club + free tanning if you want.
This club has more TV’s and Cardio then anything, if you are looking for a huge free weight room then Golds is up the road about 5 miles.
It can get crowded but I typically like off hours so its not a problem.
Did I say it was really clean, my last gym wasn’t so I am very pleased.

Have been a member for quite some time. Although the facility is always cleaned and the staff friendly… lately within the past several months I’ve noticed a change in management on the maintenance of facility and machines. Everytime it rains a couple of treadmills are rendered not available for use because of leaking roof and several catch buckets on the floor. Also, machines not availble for use because of maintenance issues. 3 machines not available for use for the past 5 days… one of the two drinking fountains have been broken and not working properly for the past two weeks. The air circulation in the facility is very poor due to management removing fans from the facility. There are only 3 small floor fans in the entire facility…2 years ago there were at least 6… I don’t understand the logic behind removing fans… they need overhead fans throughout the entire facility. The place is going downhill slowly.

Price is as low as it can be. It’s always clean. It’s not full of muscle heads who work as bouncers at cocaine bars. The people that work there could be a little more friendly. Always clean. Everything always works. There’s no Pilates classes, which is fine with me. I went to the much more expensive Wilmington Athletic club and found this to be way better. I’m here for fitness and they deliver.
