Normally I get somewhat decent service, but it really is going downhill. Friday night order pizzas and wings for delivery. 25 minutes later get a call that the order is ready, but the driver just left and wouldn’t be back to pick up my order for 1−½ hours. Wanted to know if I wanted to pick it up or wait. No offer of discount. No offering of an apology. And what of this experience makes me want to go back?

The chain’s food is bad enough as it is, but this place makes it worse. The few times I’ve been it’s been filthy inside, and the pizza comes out with raw dough, or is completely burnt. I also went in once and the manager was screaming at an employee really really harshly saying he was going to fire her in front of all the customers. That was years ago though, so it may be different management now.

I had to give them at least one star because this site made me give something. Awful service always. Most recently ordered a dinner box, they gave our order away to the wrong person and then tried to pawn the other person’s order off on us like nothing happened.

On August 3rd, 2015, was the day of my horrible first experience. I paid for my food over the Internet and it said it’ll arrive at a specific time. I waited outside for 20minutes before calling and their employees said it should take another 5mins stay outside. I remained outside for another 15mins and still, NOONESHOWED! I spoke with the manager and automatically she states«I know you are looking for a discount but…» no! Actually I wanted to inform you of how horrible your service was and how I am the one in a loss because I already paid for my food. She had no regard and was extremely nonchalant of the matter. Smh, do yourself a favor — go to another Pizza Hut that has better customer service.

Walked in the sign said wait to be seated the lady says you can have a seat. The tables were dirty and when we asked for them to be wiped down we instantly received an attitude. We never got menus service was real poor.

Firstly, Pizza Hut is one of my favorite chains. I moved into the area only a few days ago. I read the other reviews and ordered because I honestly wanted to write this place off as a local delivery service. That being said my delivery was supposed to get here at 6:05 pm. At 6:10 pm I got a knock on my door. A friendly delivery guy dropped off my order and I burned my lip on the piping hot cheesy bread. Everything tasted freshly made and definitely very hot. It’s not a New York pizza joint but the service was shockingly fast and the food was good. This was my first interaction with that store. I will report back when my service affects this review. Maybe because of the bad reviews, this place is not busy so they got my order right out the door. For what it is, this was a great, and surprising, experience.

Ok bye far the worst delivery place on this earth. This place should close down or do pick up only. But what can I say the pot heads that work there need a job to. Will not order again unless I’m looking for some good weed cause it seems all of you there are high

Amazingly bad pizza, possibly the worst I have ever had. First, delivery took 90 minutes. I live ¼ mile from the store. The pizza was cooked, but ice cold. Yummy! Ultimately, it was a challenge to figure out where the pizza ended and the cardboard box began. Seriously, no taste at all.

Don’t ever try to order delivery online. I ordered over 2 hours ago, still haven’t gotten the pizza, called twice, got put on hold, had to call back. I told them I was worried something happened to the driver. I don’t know if they tried to call the driver because they put me on hold. I called back and said cancel the pizza.

When it comes to Pizza Huts, which I would probably only rate 3 starts for the best of them, this location ranks among the worst. The décor looks very dated and due to that it never looks clean. The service we have experienced there has been hit or miss at best. We have had a couple of really good experiences, but the majority leave a bad taste in our mouth. The end for us was a 2+ hour process to get the right order of just 2 pizzas. We called ahead to order two simple pizzas(one plain and one pepperoni). When we arrived to pick up we were told that we were still waiting on the pepperoni even though we arrived almost 15 minutes after the promised time. While we waited numerous people walked in, ordered, waiting, and left with their pizza. About every 20 minutes we inquired about our missing pizza only to be told literally every time that it would be out in a minute. After TWO hours of waiting with very grumpy kids by this point an employee went to a manager and asked what they could do for us. He pretty much said there was nothing they could do. The employee(and I wish I knew her name because she deserves kudos) apologized to us while the manager did nothing. This employee finally suggested that we go home with our one pizza(which had now been sitting for 2 hours in a warmer) and she would have a driver bring us our 2nd pizza. We did go home, and after another ½ hour a driver did arrive with our pizza. He told us all the employees apologized and were upset that the manager did nothing for us(we still paid full price for the pizzas!) Needless to say — we have never returned!

Whenever I come to this pizza hut the lobby is always empty. So it is kind of depressing to eat in. But on the other hand, the service is fast because it is empty. Pizza is as good any other pizza hut. Restrooms are hit and miss. Parking is plenty. They say is takes 30 minutes to make a pizza but on average it takes about 15.
