Got several brand new items with tags on them for a quarter of the price. Tons of options. Staff was friendly and polite. Only complaint was that some of the racks were so packed with clothes, I couldn’t get anything back on the rack after looking at it. Wish they had a larger book selection as well but that’s not necessarily something they can control.

Their store has a good selection when I’m looking for something in a hurry but the customer service is terrible. I am never greeted when I walk in and when I call to ask questions, the salespeople are hard to talk to. I often ask them to repeat things and I feel that I don’t get all the information. I need.
When you are selling items, you should call and ask a lot of very specific questions before you load up and make the drive. I have taken tons of things to their store that I was under the impression they would accept and then they didn’t. Again, their customer service was awful. They were not very helpful at all. The last time I sold items, I had to going out to the sales person that she had never given me my money that I had signed for. She closed the cash register and walked away without paying me. All of the sales people seem very distracted and into their own social world when I’m in the store.

I travel alot trhoughtout the Southeast an alwasy stop of Once Upon a Child Stores. Great selection of clothes. Toy selection is descent but a little pricey compared to other Once Upon A Child Stores.

Lorton, VA
This place is massive (well, at least compared to the Once Upon A Child at the last place we lived). There are aisles and aisles of clothes – all sorted by gender, size, color, and type. Bins and bins of shoes. An entire bookcase. Boppys, diaper bags, rain boots, strollers, high chairs, costumes, and lots and lots of toys. It’s definitely some place you should visit – and if I lived closer, I probably wouldn’t buy any new clothes and just come here instead as the prices and quality are excellent!
