Zero Stars. I just ordered through Grubhub because I’m not feeling well and delivery options are sparse here in Wilmington. I have my Grubhub payments set up to come out of my checking account through Paypal. When the delivery person arrived, he showed me a receipt that said«Pay with Cash». I thought I may have made a mistake on Grubhub, but since I did not have any cash in the house, I asked him if I could give him a credit card. He said no, so I asked if I could call the restaurant to give them a credit card. He gave me the number. I called and a woman answered the phone. I explained that I ordered through Grubhub and that I needed to pay with a credit card. She said I have to pay cash. I told her I did not have any cash and can I give her a credit card number over the phone. She said, «No, you pay cash or he take food back.» So, I told the guy she said he had to take the food back and told the woman that I would not be ordering from them again. Do not go here. Customer service is apparently not important to them. Worst experience I have ever had with a delivery restaurant. Even if I screwed up checking out on Grubhub you’d think she’d take a credit card over the phone rather than wasting an entire order. Their website and their Unilocal profile say they accept credit cards.

We were looking for a quick lunch and went based on both location and fellow Unilocalers reviews… a great spot with a friendly staff, big portions and quality is first class… we over ordered and have enough for fast meals on the go for a few days… two thumbs up from me and add in a «Well Done» to all…,

My fiancé and I have lived in Woburn for about a year now and we have yet to find a place that compares to our hometown favorite. We are so happy we found this place! The proportions are huge! So good. Delivered piping hot. Lady who took the order was sweet and helpful. Delivery was fast and efficient. This will be our go to place from now on!

Food always fresh. Special request not a problem, i.e., no onion in lo mein, no soy sauce in rice. Wife, husband and daughter are always ready to please the customer. My favorite place for take out.

This little place gets it right every time. Great food, nice people. Massachusetts is a Chinese food wasteland. Thank god this place exists.

It’s been hard to find good food since we moved from California to good old Wilmington, MA, but Jasmine Cuisine has us impressed. First time we went we had Orange Flavored Chicken and Chow Mein. The chicken was good, the Chiw Mein was a mistake, but that’s not the restaurants fault. Apparently what we call Chow Mein on the west coast is Pan Fried Noodles on the east coast. Now we know. Tonight we got General Tso Chicken and Chicken Lo Mein. The pan-fried noodles don’t come in small so we’ll have to test that out on a night there’s more than two of us. Both dishes tonight were delicious and we look forward to having the leftovers for lunch tomorrow. 5 stars for Wilmington. 4 stars otherwise.

AWFUL! Never will I ever go there again. I ordered take out. I like spicy food, but I ordered an entrée(with no hot pepper next to it on the menu) and it was so spicy it was inedible. I never have complained about a meal, but this was a waste of money. I called and they wanted me to go back there to get a new dish. When I arrived they made a new entrée but with the wrong protein. I do not eat meat and originally had ordered tofu. I went back and the lady told me that I was wrong and I ordered chicken. Finally, she checked the order history and saw that it was tofu. When the correct order was finally ready, she then told me rudely that I needed to say to make it mild. I informed her that spicy entrees are often indicated by the red pepper.

Chinese fast food that does the job. Good prices big portions good quality… Pretty much all I can ask for in a Chinese fast food place. The crab rangoons are great. I had beef with basil which was pretty good and broiled wontons in spicy sesame sauce which was excellent. If you get a lunch special you’ll have enough for two meals!

We have eaten here a few other times and it has been«decent». Good enough to come back but not good enough to recommend. Normally they will make a decent white fried rice on request, which is what kept me coming back. Ate here tonight and the food was poor at best. Lobster Sauce had more MSG than meat, and when requested they would not make a white friend rice and the regular rice was nothing special. My wife even commented that she has had better. If your looking for Chinese take out, skip this one.

A bit of a hole-in-the-wall, but well maintained & delicious food. The service is quick, the price is fair, the staff are courteous & attentive. Thank you for the delicious meal.

I have had Jasmine Cuisine almost five times now. The food is amazing. It’s made with care. You can tell the difference. Their crispy pad thai is on point, their kung pao chicken is the bomb and they’re friendly. They’re not the shiniest store on the block, but they’re the best.

I’ve ordered a few times here and I have to say the sesame chicken is not sesame chicken. I didn’t want to go back but my boyfriend loved the crispy pad thai so I went back. I ordered an appetizer platter and let me tell you… AMAZING. The side order of beef fried rice with the plate was enough for two or three meals depending on how hungry you are. The beef teriyaki was so tender and easy to eat, the boneless scripts were great, not fatty and very flavorful… I’ve ordered the plate three more times. I am giving it three times because I am just afraid to order any meals from them based on the first order of sesame chicken, I literally couldn’t eat it. But the place itself is very clean and the family that runs it is great. One night they were extremely busy and made a small mistake, they not only remembered us but said they knew us from coming in before and they would give us a free order of the mistake item. They were very gracious and accommodating. And I know find myself craving those appetizers… YUM!

Jasmine is the only place I will order Chinese food from. Their LD(lunch and dinner) specials are so reasonably priced and come with rice and a side and they give you a LOT of food. They cook pretty quickly and are very friendly. The only drawback is that when they get busy some of their food isn’t as good as usual, but they have me coming back at least once a week!

The general tso chicken sucked. The beef teriyaki is gross. Maybe other dishes are good??? I never do these drive-bye unhelpful reviews but I really dont have anything else to say. See my other reviews for proof that i typically get into the details when reviewing.

It was eatable. Didn’t eat much of it.(chicken lo mein). it was just noodles. next day I stir-fried some veggies and chicken and used the noodles. This irish dude did a better job. Called to give feedback and was sssshhhheddd… lol

Over the two years we’ve lived in the area, we’ve eaten here almost once a week. We’ve tried a couple other Chinese places, but always come back here. I love the Chicken Tropical and Sesame Chicken. Their crab rangoons are still the best I’ve ever had. My bf loves the Kung Pao Three Delights special — it’s spicy with shrimp, chicken, and beef and he orders it every time along with an appetizer platter. The delivery person is always super friendly too. We’re moving in a few days and I’m sorry to let this place go. Anyone who gave it a negative review didn’t give this place a chance!

I ordered lunch takeout from Jasmine Cuisine very recently. Located in the Colonial Park Mall strip plaza, this is a typical looking Chinese takeout restaurant which is order at the counter with open kitchen and self serve tables for eating in. The menu is mostly Chinese cuisine plus Thai curry & noodle dishes as well. 32 Combination Specials are offered here for lunch($ 5.75 until 3:30PM) and dinner($ 7.95), prices in 4⁄2012. I ordered the LD20 Shrimp With Black Bean Sauce($ 5.75 plus tax-I got here just before 3:30) served with pork fried rice and choice of appetizer(chicken teriyakis). The food was cooked fresh to order quickly. The portion of food was generous and enough for 2 meals. The shrimp with black bean sauce was very good, which had tender jumbo shrimp(cleaned) with a mix of vegetables(onions, peppers, mushrooms, broccoli) and tasty black bean sauce. The pork fried rice(light golden color) had tender roast pork pieces with green onions and soft firm rice. The 2 boneless chicken teriyaki sticks(thick flat) were roasted tender and juicy with a sweet taste. I would definitely order again from Jasmine Cuisine!

Above average American Chinese cuisine. Haven’t had a bad dish. Prices are fair for the portion sizes. Food is always fresh, owner is very nice. I’m a sucker for a good pu-pu platter, they have the apps down. Very good fried rice and vegetables. The few Thai noodle dishes are a nice bonus, along with the packie next door.
