Michael and his staff are amazing! I purchased my wife’s engagement ring and we purchased our wedding bands from Indulgence. Michael went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we wanted and at reasonable prices. Michael and his staff are extremely friendly and we highly recommend Indulgence!

We had such a good experience here shopping for our wedding bands. Ended up finding it by mistake but we’re so glad we did! Michael was extremely knowledgable and honestly awesome to work with; he really helped guide us through the process and found exactly what we needed. We definitely found our resident jeweler for future purchases :)

If I could give Michael Goldberg and his staff a million star rating I would! Michael went above and beyond for me. I had an important piece of jewelry that wasn’t even purchased at Indulgence Jewelers that needed to be adjusted in the setting because it wasn’t set right and the place it was purchased from said there wasn’t anything they could do. I was referred to Michael by a co-​worker and I was not steered wrong! Michael corrected my item in record time and it couldn’t be more perfect. He was incredibly accommodating and reassuring that he would make right of my situation even though the item wasn’t even purchased at his store — and he certainly lived up to his word helping me out of the goodness of his heart. Every time I went into his store, I was always greeted with a warm welcome by his staff as well. I cannot say enough about Michael and everyone at Indulgence Jewelers. If you need an engagement ring or any kind of jewelry, Indulgence is the place to get it! They’ll definitely have all my jewelry business going forward! They are the ABSOLUTE BEST!!!

Wow. 5 stars does not even do this establishment justice. The place itself is a quaint, classy store (with jars of candy inside that the staff lavishes on their customers, I might add), and the owner and staff are incredibly warm, personable, and welcoming people. My fiancée and I were referred here by a friend, and we could not have had a better overall experience. Mike (store owner) went above and beyond to ensure that we got our dream ring. My fiancée changed her mind multiple times (which would have frustrated most jewelers), but he met with us multiple times, was incredibly patient, offered tons of suggestions and insights, and made multiple trips to NYC to procure the exact stones (two diamonds and one sapphire) we were looking for. The finished product was amazing, and I was shocked at how affordable the price was (given the size of the stones and the platinum ring). In fact, the valuation of the ring was well above what I paid for it. I would recommend this place to anyone!

This review is long overdue — after I purchased a ring for my fiancé in 2010, she loved it and I thought I had left a 5-​star review. Having purchased several other pieces of jewelry from Indulgence for her over the years, I came back to update my review, and realized I didn’t leave one to begin with. No worries — still five stars and for even more reasons.
Not only has she loved everything I’ve gotten for her here, I’ve sent several friends and family here to get engagement and wedding rings as well as watches. Consistently, everyone has been happy and satisfied with their items, price and customer service. The biggest ingredient of the secret sauce of Indulgence Jewelers is its owner Michael and his friendly and helpful sales team. The inviting, friendly and laid-​back atmosphere is refreshing, especially when picking out meaningful items for that special someone.
I can recommend, without reservation, that Indulgence is the place to go for jewelry. And tax-​free Delaware makes it even sweeter.

2.5 years after my engagement, my ring was looking a little bleak. I still loved it, I did, but the way it was designed didn’t allow me to clean it thoroughly, leaving a cloudy stone that didn’t reflect the brilliance of the fancy light yellow diamond it truly is.
Cue: Indulgence Jewelers. Michael took one look and knew what to do. He opened up the head, which allows more light through and makes it much easier to get debris out. My ring looks better than it did the day I got engaged.
Working with Michael (and Jamie!) was a dream. Really, really good people.

This place was a GREAT find! We read reviews for Delaware jewelers both boutiques and chains and this one lived up to its great review (so that’s why I’d love to help others out!). Michael was a pleasure for my fiancé and I to work with, he helped us redesign a custom ring from stones we had and really took his time to get to know us and find out what we wanted. We didn’t feel like it was a sale but a consultation so we could learn and understand what we wanted better.
Michael has a great personality and his staff are all very friendly, this place is not pretentious and they don’t treat you different whether you are spending hundreds or tens of thousands. I would definitely return here, in fact we intend to return for our bridal bands soon!

A true gem of a jeweler. The customer service is excellent and they work with you price-​wise. I have had batteries in watches replaced at no charge. Expanded to restringing my childhood pearls. When I lost my engagement ring (that we bought from the owner) and went to claim on insurance I got more back than we originally paid! Enough to up size the diamond! Wow. Nice to find a fair and honest local jeweler.

Over the hill and through the woods to Greenville we go. Tucked away off PA ave sits a cute boutique jewelry store specializing in not so ordinary pieces from some up and coming designers. Im giving this place 5 stars for their awesome selection and customer service.
I brought a ring here 3 yeas ago made by Andrea Candela. The ring has pearls (one white and one tahitian black pearl) in the setting. The ring is beautiful but very breakable (the white pearl seems to come unattached). not any fault of the jeweler pearls are unable to be set they have to be glued. (this was explained to me by the owner who is super nice). Every time the white pearl comes out I can take my ring there and the pearl is reattached/​and or replaced at No charge to me. I appreciate a small business that looks out for it’s customers and their wallets. They have very beautiful pieces and offer a variety if products from one of a kind engagement rings to watches. I would recommend this place for all your special jewelry needs or wants. Everyone that works here is very helpful and friendly.
