Great Customer Service. I did not buy the phone in this store nor do they even sell the phone in this store. I came in to ask if they can help me transfer my files and pictures from my old phone to my new one the young guy over the counter (I’m so bad I did not catch his name) he did it without hesitation. Thank you! If I or my family ever needs a new phone, this store has earned my business!

I thought I was getting serviced by a regular sales rep. Was the owner trying to push me into sale I didn’t want. He was very pushy and rude when he realized I just wanted info about a phone when I didn’t want to buy anything. He also wanted me to put down 100 down on phone when I didn’t need to. Tacky place. Scam artists.
