Gloss has a welcoming, modern, clean ambiance and offers a premium and relaxing experience. Lisa listens carefully and then produces exactly what you hoped for, yet somehow even better. Color, cut and style are perfection, provided in a super-​friendly, professional, caring environment. Excellent in every way!

The salon is beautiful and the staff is professional and friendly! They take their time to listen to find exactly what you want. They are highly educated and seem to be on top of current trends! AND MY HAIR LOOKS AMAZING! I get compliments on it daily! Thanks to Lisa and her staff for always being welcoming and giving the type of customer service people want!

AMAZING! Lovely space, very talented stylists. They listened, made suggestions, took their time and created a calming and positive experience (shampoos, aromatherapies) No corners cut. We bought a groupon, and the deal was amazing (but I would also pay their regular rates– seriously). LOVE THIS PLACE.

Gloss is a great salon and Lisa is fabulous! After seeing her two times, my hair is in better condition, looks better, and is easier to style. You feel relaxed from the start with aromatherapy and shoulder/​neck massage. The products that were recommended to me are some of the best I have used. I highly recommend this salon!

Lisa was so nice and able to fit me last minute for a deep conditioning, shampoo, trim and blowout with Whitney. From the moment I walked in, to the sensory aromatherapy Whitney did with scalp massage and a light shoulder massage I was sold. The shampoo and conditioning treatment was amazing with the best chair and the hot towel treatment was unexpected but awesome and very appreciated.
Whitney did a nice trim and was so attentive to my requests on hair style, texture and end result. I really appreciated how they weren’t pushy about buying any products, even though I did, BUT they were AWESOME products! So thank you again Whitney for giving me the «vacation hair» I asked for! I promise I will be back when I’m in the area again!

We recently moved to Wilmington so I was in need of a hair salon. While driving around our neighborhood I saw the advertisement for a new Salon named Gloss. I decided to try it out and was very happy I did. My stylist, Whitney, was very professional and the salon was very nice. Gloss is definitely my new go to Salon.

Gloss style studio was the best experience I have ever had at a hair Salon. Not only is it a great atmosphere but the staff and stylists Are all excellent! Especially my stylist Lisa! She always knows the best products to recommend for my hair to keep it looking fresh and glossy for as long as possible!!! I know I will always leave with great hair when I go to Gloss!!! I would highly recommend this salon to anyone!!! Go check it out!!!

Gloss Style Studio is a beautiful spa that allows you to leave totally refreshed. It is owned and operated by a wonderful person who is really in touch with what people want and need to relax and enjoy their visit. My hair colorist, Lisa, has colored my hair for two years and I have always loved it. I enjoy her cuts and styles too. My next stop will be the nail bar and the massage table. The rooms for these experiences are private, calming and gorgeous. I love it.
