Cosi

Cosi has improved! Their staff members are always smiling and I am greeted every time I come into the store. My favorites here are the bagels (which I have for breakfast most days) and the signature salad. Thanks for everything guys!

The bread is amazing! i love all the food… my favorite is the TBM sandwich. tomato, basil, mozzarella. simply to die for! The staff is super friendly too! I definitely recommend this place!

I like panera better so this place is average. They serve the same kind of food– fast food sandwiches, salads, soup, etc. Healthier option compared to chick fil la in the mall but it was hard coming here vs. going to get those waffle fries…
This place is located by the riverfront so closer to downtown wilmo vs. christina mall but if got time and a car I recommend going to the christina mall. Compared to the rest of the lunch food prices in wilmo this is a better option. Only issue is that parking is kind of hard to find and it is located beneath an office building. I probably wouldn’t come back but it is due to location and time (don’t have that much time for lunch).

The food is OK and actually I find the menu has good variety, however, stay away from salads. Not sure why I can’t have a good afternoon after lunching it, especially the salmon salad. What worked for me? The half and half menu (half soup and half a sandwich). The soups are great. The melts (hot sandwiches) are awesome and especially the pesto chicken.
As for service, I know I am not in a four star eatery but I don’t feel the staff friendly most of the time. They can probably smile a bit. It is all about the experience after all, right?

I like the coffee and there bread is great. Breakfast sandwiches are just ok and seemed small to me. Their lunch sandwiches are very good and I have catered several lunches from here and they were good.

For three years I’ve walked past Cosi every work day, and on the very rare occasions I’ve stopped in, it’s only been for a never-​spectacular-​only-​desperately-​needed latte. Today however, I ordered lunch — but really just because I was given a gift card.
The staff was as surly as ever, though I was prepared for that. I ordered the Adobo Lime Chicken Salad, to-​go, then returned to my office. Upon opening the container, I was greeted by the odor of unwashed, bagged lettuce. I dumped the entrée onto a plate, only to discover a good amount of wilt and browning. I picked all that out, then gave what remained a go. Overall, there was nothing particularly good about this salad. It was, at best, average — if one considers «average» a meal comprised solely from bagged food.
The flatbread which accompanied the salad was really more of a flat brick. I feel like, at some point — perhaps yesterday or the day before — it may have been quite good.
I suspect this gift card is going to last me a very, very long time…

Another Awful experience @ Cosi, waited 20 minutes for soup to dine in. When ask about my order, they just left me waiting there. When my lunch have come to an end, ask for refund the manager just took my receipt and turn around to throw a brown to go bag away. I assume that was my soup. But she didn’t even give an explanation or apologize for the error. Guess customer service is not a concern for them. I’ll definitely take my business else where

I know Cosi is a chain, and some will say that’s a negative, but i think the sandwiches, pizza, bagels and coffee are pretty good here. Prices are moderate. Service is usually friendly and quick. Nice, modern, décor. Location is perfect for me — right across the street from where i work. I love the Meatball Aurora sandwich, and the flatbread pizzas. Also have had the salads, such as Bombay Chicken, they’re very good.
