Had dinner there the Friday night before Valentine’s Day. We got there a few minutes before our reservation time and were seated right away. Despite the busy night our server did not rush us at all. The food was amazing. We had the smokin hot mussels to start and they were perfect. We both ordered steak and they were done exactly as ordered. It is my favorite restaurant in Willmington and I will return often.

My husband proposed to me here 2 years ago. We came back this wknd and were lucky enough to have the same waiter attend us. His name is Hank, he is absolutely phenomenal, excellent service and willing to give a detailed description of any item on the menu! I had the flounder, my husband had the blue crab and lobster cakes both dishes were incredible. Very romantic, cozy restaurant. The décor is simple and elegant, not too fancy. I HIGHLY recommend this restaurant, whether you are in the Wilmington area or not, def worth the travel. You will not be disappointed!

Couples’ dinner date and enjoyed every second. This was a memorable experience as well as outstanding cuisine! Chef was catering to another couple seated behind us that had been on a dinner tour and we inquired about what we’d seen him serve them. He quickly explained and allowed us to try the same unique raspberry dessert they had. It was frozen in front of our faces in a container of liquid nitrogen. The raspberry balls crunched and melted in a second once in your mouth!!! Delicious! The food was exceptional from the Delmonico(my favorite cut of steak that’s almost never offered in other restaurants) to the sizzling mussels appetizer. Completely impressed with our food, our service and the atmosphere. I recommend this place to all my real estate clients moving to the area now! Well Done!!!

This time didn’t even stay for dinner. Made a 7:30 reservation, when we arrived told our table wasn’t ready(they said they were waiting for the people to finish their dinner) well those people had just arrived! We waited about 20 minutes and nothing, bought it to their attention and same thing…(the guest hadn’t even gotten their main course). We left, but got a call from the ANHOURLATER saying our table was ready, really. DON’T TAKERESERVATIONSIFYOUKNOWYOUCAN’T SEATTHECUSTOMER especially at those prices. DONE, not going agsin!

The most deserving of 5 stars in Wilmington nc. Every appetizer, entrée & dessert was the best example of great taste & tempting presentation. It was an excellent choice for a special celebration in a warm & inviting atmosphere with outstanding service from the entire staff . Thanks for a total package of fine dining.

We celebrated out anniversary at Aubriana’s last weekend. Food was great, portion sizes were appropriate. The bartender was awesome — she mixed a mean drink. We had to wait about 35 minutes for our table, which wasn’t too bad since we got seats at the bar and had a few great drinks. The service was a bit slow, and after waiting so long for our table, I would have hoped our appetizer came out a bit quicker, as we were both starving. The food was worth the wait though. Great food in a less stuffy atmosphere than I expected. A few drinks, appetizer, main courses, a dessert and coffee cost us just shy of $ 200. We’ll be back, but probably only for special occasions since its on the expensive side.

Bad experience! This place will not be open long with these prices given the quality of food we experienced. Food was at best underwhelming. We were here for just one night and were looking forward to a fine dining experience. The calamari was overcooked and had a tasteless sauce with it. The martini I ordered had chunks of ice in it. The shrimp and grits were bland and just edible. My girlfriend had a shrimp salad that she said was awful and I’ve never heard her complain about food before. No flavor in anything. Service was average. In their defense, they have a great ambiance and setting. Great location! the hostess reserved a window seat for us which was very thoughtful. But we Will not be back. Not sure what has happened in the last year or so because all of the reviews we read were great. Management needs to take a serious look at where you are going as a restaurant.

The ambiance here is great! Our waiter was very attentive and had a great sense of humor. Food was delicious — filet, pork tenderloin, and chicken — good sized portions and all perfectly cooked. Wine list was also impressive. No complaints!

Spent a few days in the Wilmington area, and had the pleasure of dining at Aubrianna’s. Sat at the bar and enjoyed some cocktails while I had dinner and was engaged with pleasant conversation from the bartender, Sienna, while there. She was very pleasant and proficient and made my visit very comfortable! I had the Lamb Chops one evening, the Organic chicken on another, and the Filet on yet another evening. All three were delicious. Most restaurants seem so nervous about under-cooking chicken, that they usually over-cook and dry out the meat. This chicken was cooked to perfection and arrived both hot AND juicy. The fillet was cooked to perfection and was accompanied by some of the best risotto I’ve had, both creamy and tasty. Everyone that worked there seemed very friendly and happy to be there! Thumbs up! DMC

Always a good time, great food, and friendly service. The patio is a great place to enjoy your meal when the weather is nice. I’ve enjoyed pretty much everything I’ve had here from the lamb lollipops to the frog legs. They have been extremely accommodating from my experiences. On one occasion they allowed us to rent out the entire restaurant for a private work event. They went out of their way to make sure our preferred alcohol choices would be available and took great care of us. Even after originally setting us up for outdoor dining on the patio we needed to move in because of the weather. No problem!

What a wonderful place. The lamb lollipops appetizer was outstanding. Cooked to perfection. Hubby had the prime rib. He was very impressed. Our waiter was very friendly and attentive. I would say two thumbs up and a few toes also.

I was looking for a sweet treat last night and decided to give this place a try, and I am sooooo glad I did! Not only was the coconut cake TODIEFOR, but the bartender and staff were probably as good as you can get in a restaurant, or any business for that matter. Friendly, accomodating, attentive, fun, nice… I could go on and on. I’m on vacation here, and these are the people and the type of experiences that make Wilmington such a unique and special place. My only regret… not having dinner there too!

Cold winter night and hungry for something hearty. Tried the Osso Buccho which was awesome. The pork was fall of the bone tender with with sauce. The crisp tobacco onions went perfect with the sweet potato purée. Hank you steered me right.

Outstanding. My wife and I visited her parents in Southport. A month ago, the two of them did a restaurant tour in Wilmington. They came here first, met the chef, and they promptly made accommodations to bring us here for dinner on our visit. I’m vegan, which means most places offer me salad or some other, lame option. Not here, though. The chef made me the best mushrooms I’d ever had, and everyone else at the table wiped his/her plates clean, too. We are from D.C., so we’re exposed to an array of cuisines. I say that because Chef Tyson totally knocked it out of the park. Looking forward to another visit.

We went here for our anniversary and had a wonderful meal! The food was excellent. I had their pasta special(pasta made in house) with chicken and mushrooms. I also had butternut squash soup which was topped with nuts and cranberries– best version I’ve had! My husband had the filet and it was cooked perfectly to his liking– medium rare and he it’s better than any steak he’s had at Ruth’s Chris and Sullivan’s(Raleigh restaurant). The service was excellent and they gave us complimentary champagne to celebrate their 6th year in business. We will definitely be back again soon.
