Shopped this store on Black Friday weekend. The store was very well stocked on most the items I needed. The sales were good as well. The only concern I had is that the clerks were all busy stocking and did not accommodate customer needs and questions well at all. They blocked displays and even though people were waiting to get to those areas, they carried on with what they were doing without pause. Questions about where things were located were met with a dismissive wave of the hand, apathy, or annoyance! They were more concerned with «changing the base price» tags to make sales look deeper than customers needs.
So…3 stars. It depends on whats more important, having the goods you need at a decent price, or customer service!

I have to agree!
Staff gets annoyed when you ask them a question. I was there yesterday looking for small dime size mirrors. I asked 3 different employees, but it was obvious they have no idea what’s in the store. I was taken to different departments, but I did not find what I was looking for. Before leaving I noticed a display, that was made in house and I saw the small mirrors. I asked the gentleman in the booth by the flowers and
He walked me right over to this section that had all the mirrors and sizes I was looking for. He wasn’t very friendly either and seemed annoyed, but I got them…
Leaving I did experience the check out lady moving very slow :/

Every time I come here I am less happy than when I arrived. The store is well-​organized, hence the 2 star rating instead of 1. Not sure why I am crediting them on this though, since I always have to ask someone where something is anyway! I am usually looking for something random and have no idea where it is, even though there are big signs for each department in the store. Every time I ask someone for help, they tell me where stuff is, but they seem annoyed that I am interrupting them. Whenever I am ready to checkout, it takes WAY too long to finally leave. Every cashiers I have gotten has been very slow. There usually is only 1 – 2 people in front of me but it takes 10 – 15 minutes to get to the cashier and complete my transaction.
