Great for a smoothie on the run. I’m hoping they add organic options and a juice bar to their menu.

Ever wonder how Jamba Juice treat regular customers? Well, I’ve been going there literally every day for the past 3 years, and today I happened to leave my credit card at home. I called my husband and he took pictures of front and back of the card. I also had my id to match the name on the card and i knew the billing address. Manager Mike asarkiewisz assumed i’m a bum trying to use someone else’s card to buy juice and he could not do anything to help out a regular customer. I’ve had this issue before(2 small kids, mommy brain) and other places were completely fine with it. Too bad, Jamba! You should cherish regular customers, not treat them like bums. Not coming back.

Let me start by saying that the products are delicious, but staff takes way too long to prepare smoothies and customer service is mediocre.

Parking here sucks during lunch and on the weekend. Park far away. Jamba Juice is a great option when you didn’t have time to make your morning smoothie. Yummy !

I went there with great anticipation for a tasty fresh fruit juice blend. Unfortunately it didn’t taste fresh at all nor were the flavors all that good. I was disappointed with the place. I was really hoping it to be my new spot but it was not so.

Don’t get me wrong, I love the product line and the smoothies. I’ve had to stop going since I can’t stand the service, which at this particular JJ is downright embarassing. I typically go(or now, went) over the lunch hour on weekdays and there were 1 – 2 people working. One was cleaning or stocking product while they other was mosying between the register and the blenders, taking a minute or two to look up how to make the recipes in the first place. Sometimes I’d walk in there and what I gather from other posts to be the same manager would be sitting at the bar, playing with her cell phone. Another time I went in, there was one person out taking order and someone from corporate walked in. He asked the one worker if he was alone, to which he responded«No, there’s more in the back.» The coporate worker walked in the back, and out came three young men, dressed in street clothes and they all walked right out the door. Bizarre. Following these young men was a young woman, once again dressed in a wrinkled shirt and unkempt hair. Instead of helping the line of 6 and speeding up our what ended up being 20-minute wait time, she started stocking fruit in the front. It’s been very difficult not going to JJ since I love their smoothies, but the horrendous service during these hours doesn’t make it worth it.

I’ve been going to Jamba at least 4 times a month for over a decade and have never been treated this rudely. Made my normal order and had a gift card. The employee, who looked like she just rolled out of bed, said you ain’t got money on this. I told her I just got it and it has $ 10 on it. Begrudgingly she tried again then said nope, you gonna pay for it? I pulled up the website on my phone and showed her it was loaded with$ 10 she then said I dont care what that says my screen says it’s declined. So I asked to speak to the manager thinking surely they will help. «I am the manager» says the woman with a dirty, wrinkled, untucked shirt, with bed head. Back in the day when you went to Jamba everyone said hi! They were throwing ice up in the air. Not this one. And lady if you are the manager you need an attitude adjustment, work on your people skills, problem solving, and look in a mirror before you leave for work.

Love it, small location as most of them but really good service. Wish there was more locations close to Midway area.

Great fresh and healthy smoothies. They display the calories for you for each size as well. They also have a few yogurt bowls, bars, and breakfast sandwiches but I’ve never tried them because they don’t look as good. At this location there is always a long line and a wait. The staff are super friendly however they always appear so frazzled. Just left and it took me twenty for minutes on a Thursday at four to get one smoothie with only three people ahead of me. At least you know it’s fresh… My favorite is carrot karma– it has fresh carrot juice, orange, and mango. And for all you fellow calorie counters out there, it’s one of the lowest– about 260 for a medium and it fills you up! Do it!

You cannot go wrong with a good ol’ Razzmatazz with soy protein after a good work out. Been coming to this one ever since they have opened and I love everything about it, especially the smell. Unfortunately, nobody yet knows my name or usual order since I come too infrequently. When that day happens, a fat tip will be guaranteed. You can become a Jamba Insider and the coupons you will receive will help with making these ridiculously expensive drinks more affordable.

Love the drinks, very tasty. Friendly staff(most of the time, I think one day I got a grumpy clerk. But everyone has an off day now and then.). Love that it’s healthy(or at least that’s what I plan to tell myself).

The people that work here are pretty nice and it seems like there is always a manager on staff. So no problems. Location is central and there is plenty of parking in the big lot next to it. Smoothies are consistently good and always prepared in a timely manor. My only problem with them is that they use styrofoam cups instead of something that can be recycled. I have had a couple of their real food items here and have been impressed with their vegitarian options. They have little flatbread pizzas reasonably priced at 2.99 and little breakfast wraps as well as other items. There are combos available too. I pretty much stop here every time I am in the area.

It’s a smoothie joint and its a popular chain. You either like it and don’t care to spend the money on it or you don’t like it. Plain and simple. I take my kids here once in awhile if I feel like I want to spend money on them ;) Also if you know about Jamba Juice’s secret menu then you should ask for the gummy bear smoothie. It’s so good! Well at least it tastes good when I drink my kids. I usually get the low calorie choices.

Good service and good drinks. I love the lite menu that offers a few smoothies at a fraction of the calories and sugar.

Fairly good service overall. I understand that the Sunrise Strawberry is no longer on the menu, but please make it correctly. Maybe the worker was new, but last week it didn’t taste right… I felt like it was missing something. And I always get the Sunrise Strawberry and have been for the past 5 years or so. There’s a friendly guy who works the morning shift there and is always stirring up friendly conversations with each of the customers which I admire. It definitely makes the wait more bearable. I made a consecutive 3-day visit and on the 3rd day he actually remembered my usual drink, the Power-sized Sunrise Strawberry with an Energy boost. I wish I remembered his name. Whoever you are, keep up the good work. I’m definitely returning here soon!

Nice people, efficient service, and the typically delicious drinks. They have no problem making the«secret» Jamba recipes, too, so ask for some of those if you’re so inclined.(But to be honest, «White Gummi Bear» wasn’t as exciting as I had hoped.)

Even though it’s not on the menu, I always ask for my fav — orange berry blitz. I should have tried the drink before I left because i would have asked for them to remake it. All I could taste was pineapple juice, which isn’t even supposed to be in the drink. Also, it was really chunky and wasn’t blended properly. Very disappointed. Also they had only two people working so it got really backed up and I had to wait almost 10 minutes for my drink.

Jamba juice and the invasion of hot drinks. At first when I saw the offer of Hot chocolate and chai tea latte chocolate, I thought. naw. Chai tea latte is good enough for me. But with this $ 2 dollar deal still in effect, I’ve been branching. It’s 2 bucks right, so I bought them all and tried each one on my long drive back to the city. Outcome: Chai tea latte is still awesome, but. the hot chocolate is pretty damn tasty. The flavor of the chocolate is rich, not necessarily too sweet, just rich. Then the chai tea chocolate… well it’s a different kind of good. With these hot options its making it hard for me to get a time to just have a crazy not good for me smoothie off the secret menu and a shot of wheat grass. My obsession with Chai tea lattes has brought me back, more than four times since my last review. WTHeck!
