Needed to get a passport for my son and Apex was booked until mid September and recommended this place. They were able to get us on but wow, it might have taken to mid September to get helped.
Apparently the one person helping customers has to help mail customers before passport customers.
There is a second guy just walking around doing nothing to help anyone. Very worthless and a gross waste of salary.
