I used to order from goodfellas all the time, until their standards of food dropped drastically. I got fed up, and I ordered from carlos. Best decision I have ever made.
The pizza dough is on point. It’s not undercooked or overcooked. The sauce they use is very flavorful and the cheeses are not too oily, and it tastes fresh. They are abundant with toppings, and they don’t half ass them like other places. You can tell that there is passion and pride in everything they put out.
Delivery is prompt. Prices are good. All in all a great experience.

I have nothing but good things to say about Carlos Pizza. The food is delicious. I can’t think of ONE thing I have ever had from them that I didn’t like. Aside from the usual pizza, cheesesteaks, etc, they have AMAZING pasta dishes that taste fresh and delicious. Just as good or even better than if you went to a restaurant such as Olive Garden. The portions are beyond generous. When we order from Carlos its enough for at LEAST two meals if not more. (And I have a very large appetite! lol) The prices are great. And I don’t think they have EVER gotten our order wrong, even when we complicate it with «no tomato, add bacon, etc». And finally, you can’t beat the staff. They are polite and friendly. Thanks guys!

Tried Carlos for the first time tonight.
First impression, the woman on the phone was SO nice and friendly. Very helpful. Great first impression.
We ordered steak sandwiches, flounder platter, wings, curly fries, philly cheese fries and this delicious black cherry soda (lol)
The sandwiches were great. 10⁄10 would order again. Arrived hot. Says a lot for this area. Flounder platter was great. Everyone LOVED the mild wings. Sauce was on point, great cook on the wings. Philly cheese fries were great, and cant go wrong with curly fries.
Definitely ordering from here again!

I ordered 100 wings for a party last night and scheduled pick up for 830. Everything was ready when I got there and was still hot! The staff was extremely friendly. The wings were a hit, several people commented that they were the best wings ever. I will definitely be back!

I love Carlos pizza. My husband and I order from them at least once a week and the staff is always very friendly. We normally get delivery and everyone who delivers is always very sweet. Especially when my 3 year old son «helps» answer the door. They know him by name and always have a little conversation with him. There have been a few times we were missing something from the order, before we could even call them back to tell them, the driver knocked on the door to fix it. Love the food and love the staff!

Great pizza never disappointed with this place. Pizza always has that perfect crunch to the crust with a solid tomato sauce and the cheese is how it should be. They’re also kind and give excellent service.

First… Good pizza and great wings… The 1 star is for the beyond poor customer service. We all have bad days… Maybe the delivery guy called out. Whatever the case, please don’t take it out on potential customers who are calling. Common courtesy is a bare minimum.

needed a pizza to take home while shopping in the area, found carlos’ and all their great reviews on Unilocal.got ½ cheese and ½ carlos special. both were really good. not greasy or smothered in too many toppings. the crust was just a tad tough, but it was still better than most of what you’ll find around. the sauce was good, not overpowering or bitter or too sweet. the service was excellent, they carried my pie and sodas to my car since i was carrying my daughter without me even asking. we will def go back if we are in the area.

We have gotten pizza here numerous times now and love it. The Carlos special pizza and the Bruschetta pizza are our favorites. Crust and pizza toppings were PERFECT! So happy to have found a really good local pizza place. Their cheese steaks, hoagies and fries are good also. Parking here is horrible. But the food is REALLY GOOD and consistent.

This is my go-​to place for work! Love the food! Delivery is fast! Prices are great! If you haven’t tried the Taco Pizza, you don’t know what youre missing!!! Love that its open late too so I can grab food to go on my way home. I order from here atleast once a week. Great with everything!

The food is really good and the wait to pick up is never long. If you order enough they know your name when you come in and usually your order too… my ex was a «regular». I’d recommend these guys over most other pizza places including the big chains in the area.

I’m so disappointed in Carlos Pizza I ordered Italian hoagie and ask for little mayo they had too much and oil on outside of bread instead of meat and fries were barley cooked. and the idiots don’t have a computer. next time I’m going to wawa NEVER AGAIN

Great Pizza, Great sandwiches, Great service and Great lunch specials. Everything is always fresh, the rolls are great and the sandwiches are huge. The lunch specials are extremely reasonably priced and come with a basket of fries (which are awesome) and a can of soda. The delivery service is always prompt if you want your food delivered. The best pizza shop in the Willow Grove area, by far.

I’ve never been here, I’m not sure if I’ve even seen this place. Well, I’ve probably passed it in my travels but just didn’t take notice.
I used Grubhub to place a delivery order. I was glad that my entire order was correct, it arrived hot, and I received it under the estimated time. These are all good things.
Ahh! Wait a second, technically the order wasn’t correct! I should stop drinking. I ordered a veal parm sandwich, and they gave me a veal parm dinner. No worries there, I paid $ 6.50 for a $ 10.95 meal.
In addition to the veal, I also got a cheesesteak, mega fries, and wings in their «toxic waste» sauce.
I enjoyed the heat of the wing sauce, the fries were good, the cheesesteak was average, but not bad. And the fries were good. The veal parm was very good (maybe it tasted better because I got more than I paid for.)
Nothing made me jump up and call my dad to tell him how good it was, but it was solid.
I will definitely try this place again, and try their pizza.

This is definitely the best pizza I have had in Philly and one of my absolute favorites ever! My husband and I order from Carlo’s at least once a week… I guess you could call us addicts:). We’ve never actually been there, so I can’t vouch for the atmosphere, but they rock on delivery… always on time and friendly. And as I’ve said, the product is top notch. Whenever friends or family are in town, we make sure to expose them to Carlo’s, and they always love it. I think that says it all.
