V’Sonno Salon and Spa

Maria did my hair a few weeks back and she did an awesome job! Was very friendly as well everyone seemed nice and the salon was very clean. I thought prices were reasonable compared to other similar salons. Also they didn’t try pushing their product sales too much– I’ve been to salons where they try to the point it’s annoying but they just let you know some items and some deals.

Megan was great, everyone was super friendly and the whole salon is clean and professional. $ 33 for a precision cut she spent over an hour on is more than fair. I will be back.

So I think it’s funny when an owner (tony t) tries to slander a reviewer when they don’t like what it says. I am very tempted to look up all my past expenses at the salon aforementioned. Clearly I had never had a problem in the YEARS I went before and while the stylist may be trained clearly you have not been with customer service. Your arguing with me on this page just confirms my claim of you arguing with me as mentioned in my original post. LOL

Like the previous Unilocaler I used a living social deal for my visit. I got a mani/​pedi (which I never ever do btw) and it turned out great. Melissa took care of me and was very thorough and pleasant to talk to. The rest of the staff were also very friendly. I would definitely go back if I had to/​wanted to get another mani/​pedi again.

I took advantage of the Living Social offer which has the potential to really disappoint since I am not choosing the salon based on reviews or personal recommendation. Luckily, I was pleasantly surprised! The staff was very friendly and the girl who did my nails and haircut was very patient and thorough even though I had a later appointment. I would definitely go back to my stylist!

In the area for work. I purchased a deal from LivingSocial for a cut, style, mani & pedi for $ 45. Melissa did a fantastic job on my hair cut and Kelsey did a good job on mani & pedi. I will go back again when I’m in town.

I’m a sucker for a lot of things in life. Ice cream, romantic comedies starring Reese Witherspoon and especially coupons. When I moved to the lovely city of Willoughby Hills, I received a welcome packet in the mail which included a grand supply of coupons for local merchants (score!) One happened to be a $ 25 gift certificate to V’Sonno Salon and Spa. In desperate need of pedicure, I decided to give it a whirl.
The salon is in a very convenient location, right on SOM Center Rd. south of I-​90. There are literally 10 different salons in that area, so kudos to V’Sonno for doing something to set itself apart from the competition. The salon was clean, the staff was friendly, and as a new customer I received another packet of coupons! Obviously, this moved them way up on my list.
The pedicure was relaxing and the polish lasted for close to a month, which was great. I decided to go back and use one of my new coupons for a second pedicure — same great service and quality. The only thing keeping V’Sonno from four stars is that they won’t let you overcharge your credit card to add a tip, which left me in a very awkward situation as I never carry cash and didn’t want to stiff the nail tech. So I had to run home, get some money and come back in order to avoid looking like a cheapskate.
