AW-FUL customer service. My customer service rep was hostile, rude and always in a hurry. While she was checking the status of my delivery, she made faces after I said that«I wasn’t sure if there was another attempt to make the delivery today.» Really horrible experience. The same customer service rep piled boxes, scanned them and then dropped them onto the floor from waist-high height. Hope there wasn’t anything breakable. I really hate to be negative, but this experience left a bad taste in my mouth I will use other means of shipping as to not deal with this shipment center, if possible.

FedEx in Williston has pulled ridiculous moves so many times that I felt compelled to leave this review out of sheer frustration. Their favorite stunt is abandoning a delivery in the middle of a scheduled delivery day due to a «weather exception» and this is usually on a perfectly normal day with absolutely no imaginable weather excuse. This has to be due to poor management, IMHO. I can only suspect that their drivers either don’t show up, leave early or drive poorly maintained vehicles. UPS and USPS have never pulled such a stunt. FedEx has done it to me on March 20, 2015 and then again on April 10, 2015, both happened to be Fridays, so I had to wait another three days to get my package, effectively doubling the length of the time my package was«in transit». This has happened two other times in recent years as well.

For heaven’s sake don’t use this FedEx, in fact go with UPS! The same thing that happened to David S.(see below) happened to me, twice! My expensive item was shipped a day late and to the entirely wrong house that is nowhere near where I live. It took FedEx four days to get back to me and only to say«Oh, we are sorry, but there’s nothing we can do!» In fact, the only way I received my package was because whoever it was delivered to was honest and hunted my house down in order to return it to me. Usually, Amazon uses UPS but apparently they need to save money so they now use FedEX. Thinking it was just a fluke that it was FedEX that time around I ordered another package from Amzaon. Wrong! They now use FedEx and once again my package is delayed and nowhere to be found!

Amazon sent package that I paid extra for 2-day shipping for. I stayed home all day Saturday waiting for package to be delivered. Nothing. Went outside late in the day and found«Attempted delivery» sticker on my building’s outside door. Driver made NOATTEMPTWHATSOEVERTOGETINMYBUILDINGORTOCONTACTME. Called FedEx and was told too bad they’ll try again on TUESDAY or I could go pick it up in-person on TUESDAY. HORRIBLEHORRIBLESERVICE! Their driver’s own laziness and incompetence makes me have to wait 3 extra days to receive a package I paid 2-day shipping on. F@#K You FedEx! I will go out of my way to ask vendors to use a different shipper from now on.
