It seems very empty, at least every time I’ve been. My mom and I went once to get breakfast, and my mom caught a worker who dropped one of our bagels. he was looking to see if anyone saw what he did, and sure enough he did. She was pretty upset at that. Just the other day I went to order a Coolatta and they seemed very unsure of what I ordered also.

It always seems the employees here are annoyed by ordering or just have them do their jobs. Would it kill them to get orders right? Sometimes it seems like they give the wrong order as a way of saying don’t come here anymore.

Place is always hit or miss everyone looks either lost or annoyed that they have to do work. God forbid you hand them an e-mail coupon they’re too lazy to cash by hand it since they don’t supply a barcode. They’ve messed up my drink several times one I had someone pour carmel over a latte i had ordered Because they accidentally gave me mocha. Instead of making a new one she squirted caramel over top as if i wouldn’t notice. The only good thing about this place is that its clean, and the only thing un can order with no issue is a donut anything else is asking too much of them. Horrible service avoid this place
