Nice building and atmosphere. I’ve been here twice so far and the Italian food has been consistently poor quality. My first time I had veal parmigiana and it was luke warm and slimy. The dog ate most of it. My second time I had chicken parm. This time it was hot but very very overcooked. The sauce came from a can and the entire dish had one note — Rosemary. Garlic bread was extremely salty. My fiancée ordered the beef and cheese ravioli combo and it was great. Enough to feed both of us since my meal wasn’t good. Ordered a German pizza. This is where da Vincis saved themselves. I’ve had the German pizza several times from friends sharing with me and it’s always very good. Other than the Italian food being blah, the waitress was nice, refilled our drinks as needed and was courteous. The building is nice and easy to get to. The price point is reasonable as well. I will be very cautious about returning to da Vincis in the future unless I am looking for a German pizza.

Called and asked if they would make a the Denver sandwich for me, even though it was not on special for the evening. I was flat out told no. Most places I eat would be happy to make what the customer requested.

2016÷05÷16 Me and my family was traveling and seen this as a good place to eat on Unilocal.I wasn’t extremely hungry so I didn’t order anything big, So I order the french onion soup and Italtian Hoagie. The Italtian hoagie was good. The bread was crisp and light and basially a good sandwich. I really liked the Onion soup. Rating it 3 star as it was a light meal for me and I think I need to stop again try out their pasta.

Ample portions very reasonable prices, friendly service and outstanding tasty fresh food. You’ll love this place. It’s an old-school traditional red sauce restaurant, the place you went to with your parents or grandparents when you were a kid. I love it. Ordered the small chicken parmesan and it came with a side salad and garlic bread. The chicken breast was cooked perfectly and not drowned in breading cheese or sauce.

Very good Italian food. Pasta dishes are flavorful, price is reasonable, and the desserts are awesome. Whenever I work in the area I try to stop here and get a fix of their pasta. I would recommend it to anyone in the Marietta area

Spicy Bleu Cheese Burger Was a large portion, heavy on onion; good taste, excellent fries. House Onion soup was good. Décor was dated. Would come back. Excellent service(Kelli).

My significant otter and I decided to head north for dinner on a pretty Saturday. The otter has eaten lunch at da Vinci’s, but I’ve never been. The restaurant is huge; fortunately, the parking lot is big enough to accommodate all of the guests. There was a big crowd at the reception desk but we were seated immediately. We were greeted by our server immediately in spite of the restaurant(remember, huge) being full. We ordered a half carafe of wine and the 6″ German Pizza, a speciality, for an appetizer. The pizza is delicious with corned beef, sauerkraut and a horseradish sauce covered in cheese. This item is available as a full size pizza but we opted for a couple of pasta dishes as our main course. The otter got a parmesan pasta with tomatoes and added chicken while I selected spaghetti with meat sauce. Both dishes come with a side salad and garlic bread. Everything had a lot of flavor and portions were generous for the prices. I can see why the restaurant was packed. If you’re in the area, or driving up or down I77 around lunch or dinner time, you should give da Vinci’s a try.

What happened to you Da Vinci’s??? I thought I’d treat my new wife to a place I used to go to in the area while visiting my parents in Marietta. She is from the Pittsburgh area. This isn’t the Da Vinci’s that I remembered from a few years ago. We told my wife that the food at Da Vinci’s was pretty good, but after the food we ate there today I was a bit disappointed. The menu is basically the same as it has always been, but the quality of the food has severely declined over time. I didn’t even finish what I ordered it was so bad. My favorite there was always their spaghetti and meat balls with a side salad and garlic toast so that is what I ordered. It was very different from what it used to be. The spaghetti was over cooked(like it was sitting in water for a good while), the tomato sauce tasted and looked like someone added barbecue sauce to it(even had a bit of a kick) and the meat balls had a smokey flavor to them. The garlic toast tasted stale as well. I’m not attempting to «bash» Da Vinci’s, but it was a let down. My wife even commented that her chicken parm was rather tough and rubbery. The management needs to go back to the same ingredients they used to use and also monitor the quality of the food sent out of their kitchen. I used to go there quite often when I lived in the area years ago, but now I’m most likely not going to go back unless they go back to their original ingredients and quality control.

Great place to eat. Spaghetti and meatballs were good. Bread is really good as well. Casual dinning for good Italian comfort food

This place seems to have a huge local reputation and it was certainly well attended when we went. That said, our experience was underwhelming. The younger members of the team rated their chicken parmigiana as «average». Perhaps I should have stuck with Italian fare myself because my New York Strip steak was passable at best. It tasted more boiled than broiled. I think that I will be trying some of the highly rated prospects in Marietta my next time through the area.

Da Vinci’s is a really small place, but the parking lot is huge. I think they need to upgrade the restaurant and make it bigger because I don’t see them needing all that parking in the back. The food is good, the workers are nice, but it can be really pricey. Making a left turn to get out of Da Vinci’s is a pain because it’s next to a four way stop light. It’s one of those restaurants you would go once or twice a year or even two years if you can afford it.

This place is great for comfort food. I had the chicken parmigiana and it was tasty. The meat sauce on the spaghetti was tasty and the chicken was perfect… not over cooked or greasy. Someone complained about the portion but for $ 7.00 you get salad, garlic bread with cheese, chicken and a bug ol’ pile of spaghetti. I got the dinner size and saved half for lunch and it was even better the next day.

If only we could get the owners to open up this restaurant in Reno! We only get back to West Virginia 3 times a year but when we do, we make sure this is on the itinerary. Located in the charming small town of Williamstown, WV right across the river from Marietta, Ohio is this gem of an Italian restaurant. The restaurant itself looks small from the outside but when you get in, you will see it goes on and on. It features a beer garden, an outside patio, a lounge, and more. But the thing that makes this place rock is the food! My favorite meal? The Mona Lisa– Spaghetti with green peppers and pepperoni served with garlic bread with cheese. There is not a bad meal here! Only tip I can give you is to make reservations or get there early because there is always a line out the door. The prices are very reasonable. Can’t wait to make it back again!

It’s a charming small town restaurant where«almost the whole town is in Da Vinci’s at some point between Friday night and Sunday night.» And it’s the kind of place where you run into your date’s fourth grade teacher and she gushes about how smart he was when he was her student. I feel weird eating noodles without chopsticks, so stuck with an antipasto salad and the French onion soup. I’m always comparing antipasto salad to Buca di Beppo(I know, I know), and this one didn’t really measure up. The French onion soup was very good though! The service was lovely even though we were at the tail end of the lunch shift. Next time I need to get garlic bread. Mmm, bread.

Great! Sat outside tonight on the patio and it was legit. The waitress was amazing. Our food was excellent. I got German Pizza and it was really excellent. The patio by the pond was really relaxing and we had a good meal full of memories.

Salty food. Dilute lemonade. Good service though. Not much else around here, so this place is a local hotspot.

Da Vinci’s is a local classic! We have been visiting da Vinci’s since it was a small, one-room quaint restaurant back in the 1980s, and we keep coming back, and back, and back for more. My wife and family are usually pretty adventurous eaters, but at da Vinci’s, we come for the excellent Mona Lisa spaghetti, and occasionally the equally delicious eggplant parmigiana. No visit to da Vini’s would be complete without an order of Calamari. Their salads, especially the Mesclun, are excellent and always available to substitute in place of regular salad. Their garlic bread is also good, and special orders are no problem – I do not like butter at all, so always order garlic bread with cheese and no butter. At some point in the past, da Vinci’s began offering specials, and these can be very entertaining, such as the exquisite Lobster ravioli. Their wine list is very accessible, both in glasses, carafes and bottles. Sorry, I do not eat dessert ever, spend too much time on the main entrees. Recently(a month ago), we came in on a busy evening and Chris, the manager who we have known forever, graciously pointed us to a quiet table in the bar. Little personal touches like that along with very commendable food make da Vinci’s one of our select«return-to» restaurants. Our waitperson last time mentioned that da VInci’s has recently changed chefs – will be curious to se if food quality stays high. Ach! Ich bin ein Dummkauf. The German pizza, as well as the Deep-Dish, are also yummy and unique.

My business trip host took me to lunch here last week. da Vinci’s is huge and maze-like and can handle individual diners to small groups, banquets, and probably wedding receptions. It’s like other halls that I remember on the East Coast and reminds me a bit of Spengers in Berkeley in terms of space, kitchiness, and down home comfort. I was particularly impressed with the German Pizza, which was a savory combination of corned beef and sauerkraut and with the right touch or horseradish. The portions were generous and service was efficient and with the right touch of first name friendliness.

My family and I frequent this place. All of the food is wonderful, a decent price. The service varies. Sometimes it is good and sometimes not so much. Lately it has been MUCH better than in the past. I would recommend the Mona Lisa Spaghetti or the Turkey Sub. Stay away from the lasagna. It is a frozen Stoffers lasagna. On the menu it says«Baked fresh daily» NOT made fresh daily. All-in-all…This place is a great local find.
