Williamsburg Property Management

This company is very deceitful, especially when it came time for the move out. We were charged to re-​paint the rental (which was $ 400 2 days before our deposit was due to us) after we had already re-​patched and re-​painted walls where we hung pictures, etc. only. We even were present for the move-​out inspection and there was no mention of repainting the ENTIRE wall. Also, this was not in our contract to have the walls freshly painted. After all, we had received the rental with patched up holes and crappy repaint. We even had the home professionally cleaned (which they require and is quite expensive). They basically charged us to re-​paint where the previous renters did a shotty job re-​patching and I assume the owner/​property management took advantage of this and stole our deposit.
I also agree with a previous review, that the receptionist is VERY rude and just like Inga, always seem annoyed. They once told me that they work for the owner only, but what about the tenants??? I pay the rent, which pays you-​dummy!!! NOT the owner. NO tenants= NO money!

Easy to deal with, standard lease terms, responsive when maintenance is required.
I’m not sure if this was just a requirement for our condo or for all their rentals, but we had to hire someone to do a cleanout when we left. That’s not a huge problem (saved us from having to do it and we got our whole security deposit back), but they said it had to be from their approved list… which was only 2 options, both of which were expensive.
Overall, I would recommend them to anyone looking to rent in Williamsburg.
