After $ 34 plus tip and over an hour worth of my time I still have bugs on my front bumper and water spots on the grill of my car. Shame on me for not reviewing before I left.

Definitely a nicer facility than Buggy Bathe. they have many package options to choose from to get the right cleaning for your car. The lounge waiting area has nice chairs, TV and coffee as well!
I like his place because you can stay in the car while it goes through the auto wash. An employee even sprayed down my car by hand and removed debris (leaves, etc.) before it went into the wash machine. Employees spend a decent amount of time detailing interior and exterior if you choose that, but it’s never absolutely perfect (but still better than competitors).
I deducted a star due to the wait times and the fact that I did not get tri-​color foam the last time when it should have been included. That’s my favorite part.

I wish I could give them 10 stars. I come here all the time to wash my car and it’s $ 14 and less than 10 minutes. I finally decided to write a review because I came in after getting a bunch of tree sap on my car and the employees here took amazing care of me. I went through the wash twice and the attendant there did his best (taking extra time) to get it off with his power washer. When it still wasn’t coming off, another employee directed me to the detail area and said he could get it off. When I asked how much it would be he said no cost. I am always impressed by Mega Auto Spa, but this was definitely above and beyond! I would pick this place every time.

Since my original post, this business has kept in contact with me in regards to my repairs. They gave a recommendation for a shop to perform the repairs on my vehicle as I was unsure as where to go. They also paid for a rental vehicle for the 3 days I was without my vehicle. They did a great job correcting the unfortunate incident that occurred.

I have been a customer of Mega Auto Since they opened, and I have never left unhappy. This business prides itself on your satisfaction and as a family run business it shows… they truly care and it’s more like visiting with friends than going to a car wash. I’m so happy to see their growth and am looking forward to the new location in Yorktown. I will be a friend and patron of Mega for many years to come!

This place is truly amazing. I’ve never been to a cleaner ore more professional car wash. They came out and helped me pick exactly the wash I wanted. When the actual wash was done, we pulled into the detailing bay, where they spent 20 minutes thoroughly cleaning out dust and the huge amount of dog hair in our car. The car looked like it did the day that we bought it by the time they were done. All for $ 21!
Forget whatever car wash you’d been to in the past. This is the new bar.

WOW! Very very good service here. I’m a regular full service car wash user and have been all over the country at various locations including Cactus etc… The attention to detail and time spent on my 2007 Tahoe LTZ was impressive. I’d just gotten back from a road trip and now it looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor inside and out. All for $ 21 bucks!!! I also added the tire shine for $ 3 but seriously go here you won’t be dissapointed.

Excellent service and quality! I went camping the other weekend and had my vehicle covered in mud and had leaves all over the interior. 15⁄20 minutes later my entire SUV was spotless. Every nook and cranny were wiped clean. They even have free wifi in their sleek waiting room so you can surf the web on your device while you watch your car get washed. Superb quality across the board, my favorite place for a car wash in Williamsburg!
