Communication is a bit painful and they live a bit in the dark ages(have to be coaxed into *gasp* filing electronically) but they do a decent job and fees are reasonable. However, the line between Del Valle CPA and Del Mar Management Co is not clear. If you can, deal only with Del Valle and avoid the tangled web/quicksand of Del Mar.

I had been using DelValle for many, many years. This is the best accounting firm ever, I am so blessed to have this great team on my side. I can not even say about all the ways they had helped me to run a business. After paying the IRS a $ 500.00 fine for me sending a form late, I decided to take some responsibilities off my shoulders and let the accountant do as much as they can for me in the numbers and form department, they do taxes, and many more accounting services. I can call them at any time for questions or for paperwork and they always respond and help me run things. Personal or business tax issues anything you name it, they have the years of experience to do it all.
