I lived there for almost 2 years and can honestly say it’s the best apartment community I’ve lived at. The manager’s, Deb and Almonie, are fantastic and really care about the residents and the community. In addition, it’s really a great price for Williamsburg. The community is quiet and the residents are nice too. I would recommend them to anyone and would move back in a heartbeat.

There’s a big website out there for just apartment reviews so if you want lots of details, that’s a good place to go. I love living here considering what I get for the price. If you’ve got a small budget, this is probably your best option in Williamsburg.
The staff are friendly and repairs are done promptly. The staff is small and has probably been here for a while, so they seem to have a sense of personal commitment in the work.
Also you get a swimming pool for a price bracket in which you’d never expect one. If you’re a graduate student, this is a good place to live.
