The young man operating the facility was very by the book. So much so, that he did not extend a simple request to let me pay early. I had a dental appointment and he would not allow me to pay early and let my partner pick up the truck later. She was not on the credit card that I wanted to use, so, he demanded that she show up with the credit card that I was going to use and REFUSED TO LET ME PAY EARLY. I will NEVER USE THIS FACILITY AGAIN. No apology when I proved him wrong by calling the main office. Main office allowed me to pay early and her to pick it up. He was just smug, robotic like in demeanor and slow too. I waited in line (with only 3 people) for one hour only to be told that he could not help me. I called the main Uhaul line and they TO ME AND HIM THAT HE WAS WRONG!

I came here Monday morning after Enterprise screwed up my reservation. I needed a cargo van. U-​Haul had exactly what I needed. The van is clean and in good condition. I’m still using it right now. I had to extend the rental time on it unexpectedly, a quick phone call and they took care of it for me. Definitely will recommend this location to anyone.
I returned the van yesterday and as a result I wanted to edit my previous review. When I brought it in, Junior asked me if I already paid for it. I told him no, the only portion I put on it, was the required hold. Junior said it looked like it had been paid for. However that is impossible, because you pay $ 0.59 per mile, so how could it be paid for, before you return it, if we weren’t done adding the millage? I was literally there for 30 minutes before he figured it out. Junior had to call someone and based on the one sided phone conversation that I could hear, it sounded like the lady (who ever she was) also didn’t know what was going on.
Because of my poor experience upon returning the vehicle, I have to reduce from 5 stars to 2 stars. returning that van should have been a simple and quick transaction. It should not have taken 30 minutes to figure it all out.

Recently dropped off a truck here from Los Angeles on a one way move. The gentlemen working was nice, didn’t charge me on having 4 blankets missing and allowed me to return them the next day. Yard is big enough to pull into for someone not comfortable driving a big truck! Have used this yard 2 times and each time I’ve had no issues.

Rented the largest truck available. The truck broke down three times and we were only moving 15 minutes away. The last time it broke down we waited an hour and a half for roadside services to come. When we returned the truck the next day the manager acted as if it was no big deal and refused to give us any credit at all. It was a terrible moving experience.
