Father’s Day Sunday 6÷19÷2016 my family and I (4 of us) decided to eat out at this place which we could have gone to a closer pizza joint but I love the salad bar at the pizza factory franchise locations and we decided to make the drive. As soon as I walked into this place we knew the AC was either off or broken because it was literally almost 100 degrees inside. As we were ordering the cashier was sweating bullets and sweat was dripping everywhere! I should have stopped there and walked out but we stayed. We ordered the WORKS pizza which is a combination of pepperoni, sausage mushrooms and olives. We ALWAYS order this. You could tell cashier was new and was having a hard time entering our order. She seemed distracted and uncomfortable probably because she was burning up, sweating profusely back there. We ordered pizza bread with sausage and pepperoni as well. She was taking forever taking our order and a kid from the back had to come help her finish entering the order. While we waited for our pizza, my daughter and I helped ourselves to the salad bar. The lettuce was old and dry but I just didn’t want to complain and make a big fuss. What happened next just reassured me coming to this place was a HUGE mistake!!! My daughter was eating her salad when she stopped and said «THERES A FLY IN MY SALAD» I almost died! Not trying to be graphic or anything but half the body of the fly was missing and one wing was gone! I almost threw up!!! The sweaty lady finally brought our pizza out and we immediately made her aware that there was a fly in my daughters salad! She agreed this was disgusting and refunded our money rightfully. At this point we were all totally grossed out and we didn’t want to eat the pizza. We all noticed our pizza had no sausage/​pepperoni. We told the lady they had made a mistake with our order as we had ordered the WORKS PIZZA. The young man walked out from the back, which so happens to be the owner’s son and basically called us liars and said «I am not giving any more of the owners money away!» As if we like to give our money away to them for disgusting food! We are so disappointed in the way this unprofessional kid and his mother (the owner) handled this situation. Chris, the owner is just plain rude and has zero customer service! She claims she video taped us with sound which if she really did she knows what really happened. She may also want to advise her customers she sound records her customers. She is lying because we clearly ordered ‘THE WORKS PIZZA’ and she knows this. It’s obvious she doesn’t care about her customers as she told us it’s not very uncommon to find HAIRS AND FLYS IN HER SALAD BAR!!! Do not go to this deserted place unless you want to get food poisoning! We will never step foot in this place ever and I really hope they shut this place down soon for it being unsanitary for bodily fluid contamination, flies in the food and extreme temperatures! The letter A they currently have is only because the owner states she knows someone on the inside at the health department! Do not be fooled! They deserve an F! I hope they run out of business as they are not doing a very good job at it and can get more people seriously sick!

This place always makes amazing pizza, and my family has been ordering here for about a year straight all the time, and in the small instances when there is a mistake, they always take care of it amazingly, very happy with the service and how they take care of their customers. Good job.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Just called and I won’t EVER go there! Haven’t been there and I won’t go there due to their horrible customer service just on the phone! Some young kid who was just rude as hell. Not to mention they are over priced! You’re better off going to any other pizza place BUT THIS ONE!

I order from this place all the time and USUALLY like them. Today I called ahead of time and asked what their weekly specials were I was told I can get 2 large pizzas with 2 toppings for 25 dollars and some change. When I went to pick up my order my bill was 38 dollars and some change. When I argued with the lady that was cashing me out I explained to her what price I was given and that it should be 25 dollars and change plus tax. She told me I was given the wrong price and that I had to pay the price that was on the recipt. She was not budging at all. If it was not my kids birthday I would have told her to take the pizza and shove it where the sun does not shine. But being the nice guy that I am I paid the over estimated price and fed my house guests. I called to talk to a manager when I got home and got nowhere with the conversation so I decided to blast them here. I told the kid on the phone and I am telling everyone on Unilocal that I will not be going back to this location or any other for that matter. I will spend my money at stadium pizza or anywhere else, tonight was a joke when you quote someone a price even if it’s wrong it’s your job to do what’s right and honor that price. That’s the number one rule to running a successful business… make your customers happy.

Love this pizza place! But if you order wings you must know they are super undercooked, ask to cook them in the oven twice!!!

I received a coupon in my mailbox that says in huge bold lettering «WE DELIVER». So I called to order a pizza, but at the end of the call they told me they don’t deliver to my house. So my guess is between the billboard they put up on Lake St and the 15 and the coupon that was put in my mailbox; their marketing department’s talent needs to be reviewed.

We ordered for delivery and we were not impressed.
The wings taste like nothing at all and the pizzas run small.
The customer service is non customer based and the two people I talked to could use some training.
We opted out of the delivery last minute due to the customer service not wanting to pay a delivery fee for something we were not confident with.
Will I return, no ring, ring hello Stadium Pizza!

Very polite over the phone. We ordered the Mr. M special. Delivered right on time. Pizza was extremely tasty with tons of toppings. Thanks for including plates & the cookies were a wonderful surprise.

Tried the Pizza Factory for the first time today. I was very surprised on how fresh and delicious their food is. I had their all you can eat buffet which includes pizza, breadsticks and salad. Everything was fresh, hot (or cold whereas needed) and tasted great. When the supply got low they happily (and without being asked) made more. They even asked if there was any type of pizza they could make for me and my family. The staff was friendly, courteous and made sure everything was okay. I highly recommend this establishment and will be coming again whenever possible.

Place was clean and people nice and said hello as we walked in. Prices are good and pizza was made right and fresh! The kid’s got to play a few games and every thing here was good. Thank you guys for a really nice place. We finally found a good pizza place close to home.

I have been to a lot of places over the years that serve Pizza but this place wins over them all. The staff is nice and helpful. The food is great. I highly recommend.

Pizza factory was actually one of my favorite pizza places until I had to order it from home, it took them almost an hour and a half to deliver one pizza, I was quite disappointed but overall their pizza tastes fantastic

We got to the lunch buffet at 11:30 and they only had one pizza out for their buffet.

Absolutely love this place! Everything we have tried has been awesome. Ingredients are fresh. Delivery is quick and the drivers have always been the nicest pizza deliverers we have ever had. Their lasagne is to die for. Calzones are awesome and we always have to get a couple orders of wings. Pizzas are always hot and yummy. I cant recommend this place more!

Pizza is excellent, however, you will note a slight aroma in the air which is unpleasant and constant. Seats at the tables are well worn and covered with colored duct tape. Place is somewhat clean, but not spotless.
We ordered a deluxe pizza with cashews. We all felt more sauce was needed. Crust was crisp but toppings were meager. When we were getting ready to leave, wanted a box for the leftovers. Waited at the counter for a few; yelled hello; nothing. Ended up walking in the kitchen to ask for a box. Really? Won’t be going back.

When we’re in the mood for pizza, this is usually our first choice.
Love the pizza, friendly staff, TVs always have sports on, there is Wifi to get some work accomplished.
But of course the main thing… There is a Ms. Pacman game — haha
Highly recommend eating here.

First time at this location and it’s just as good as the others can’t go wrong. Very clean. If you love pizza like I do you will love the place always one of the top 3 pizza joint I frequent. Rene was wonderful, smiling, happy and helpful. I would recommend this pizza factory to anyone. Keep it up and keep the pies coming.

What I loved about this place was the fact that is a husband and wife that owns it, but after tonights trip in for carry out I have a whole new feeling about the owners!
They are trying to rip people off by putting a sign out front that clearly states you get a free cheese pizza when you buy an x-​large pizza! The woman that was in to order it was told that this only applied to dine-​in orders which was 100% not implied or stated on the advertisement flying right over their store!
We weren’t even ordering this promotion, we had already paid for ours that was overcharged and we were not told about those charges until we got there and the owner offered only explanations not apologies for a good customer that comes in all the time!
Back to the woman with the deal… the owner again offered no apology and actually picked a fight with the woman in front of us and other paying customers! I told her that she lost a customer on the way out and was told to have a nice day again no apology no attempt to save a customer!
Trust me owners of pizza factory it’s much easier to keep a good paying customer than capture a new one! You just lost a good one tonight over $ 3 hope it was worth it!

Service from the start was good. The lady behind the counter is super nice. MY only problem is is price for a slice of pizza. I wont say who but 1.00 beats over 2.00 every time.
The food is very tasty and the service nice. I will return again for sure. Just hope the lunch special will change. :)
