Extremely rude and hung up when I asked for an independent estimate. Who does that?! Was speaking to me like he was chewing his own face the entire ph call. What I have ever done to that person/​company, I will never know :/​Speaking skills were very unprofessional as well. Nasty tone and RUDE as hell! Stay away from this company! Said he wasn’t working for anything but insurance. How money hungry lol. Came off as desperate; a joke in my opinion.

Just finished up restoring the damage done to our kitchen and living room due to a plumbing leak in the wall. Amazing the devastation a tiny leak can cause! The insurance co. sent over the plumbers to find and fix the source of the water leak. In the process, they tore out walls, carpet and recently remodeled kitchen cabinets. Painful to watch your home get torn apart! The plumbers packed it up and left us bewildered at the sight of our wrecked home.
We lucked out when we picked Paradigm from a list of contractors the insurance adjuster gave us. I can’t say enough good things about Corey, the guy in charge at Paradigm. It’s the first time I’ve had to deal with water damage like this; and it’s been a relief to have Corey just take over and make it all better.
The guys that Paradigm sent to restore kitchen cabinets, replace the ripped-​out drywall, and repaint were very professional and did an amazing job. They showed up when they were supposed to, did excellent work and cleaned up before they left. Honestly, I don’t have a single complaint. My home not only looks like it never happened; it looks all fresh and new! They matched the texture and color of my existing walls exactly! (not easy to do: one was a specific chamois color that I was sure they would not be able to get right. The painter nailed it on the very first try. Amazing!)
I couldn’t be happier and I love that I now have a team of skilled electricians, carpenters, and painters to turn to in the future, that I know will do a great job for me. (Hopefully for fun projects and not repairs!)
Best of all, Corey really stayed on top of every aspect of the restoration project. I never would have been able to coordinate all these tradesmen without lots of headaches along the way. We are very grateful for the efficient way Corey managed the project for us.

I am a local plumber. I met Corey about 5 years ago. I called on him when my roof leaked and he was able to get us dried out and the insurance claim processed with minimal fuss and maximum efficiency. I have recommended him on several occasions since.

I discovered a slow leak in my rental property, which my insurance would not cover; however, the insurance adjuster gave me Paradigm’s number. Corey is honest, trustworthy, and gave me write-​ups to review so I could understand exactly what needed to be done to my rental property. He also made sure everything was done legally. Since I needed to pay for the project out of pocket, Cory worked with me to save me money. The work is outstanding and done in a timely manner. I would recommend Paradigm to anybody who has water damage or mold.

I’m so happy I found Paradigm locally in the Temecula Valley. I found a patch of mold in my closet and needed someone who could consult with me regarding a possible slab leak. I found the owner to be honest, more than fair, and informative regarding issues like homeowners insurance. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great mold, leak, and restoration company.
