What’s the point of placing an online order just to be waiting an additional 10 – 20 minute when i get there? This happened to me twice. The first time it was around the grand opening so i gave it a little break but nothing has change after a few months. WTF??? i would only go eat here again if i get a good coupon deal or someone else go pick up the order.

This place is so f’ing pathetic. I hate it, but my husband likes it because of convenience. Service has always been terrible. It is so poorly ran. Every time we have been here, new people because we have met the owner and he is an a$$hole. Wings are supposed to take 17 minutes, yeah right, try 30 to 45! What the fuk takes so long and why are you so unorganized?

The wings were average. They weren’t anything to brag about. The employees were nice but not very good at their jobs. The cashier was easily confused and the cooks were no better at helping her. I’d rather go to Buffalo Wild Wings for wings. Comparable prices but better food.

First time eating at Wing Stop, and WOW their wings are delicious! I had the 8-​wing boneless combo with Mango Habanero and Honey BBQ sauce. The wings were plump, juicy, and generously-​sized, and the sauce was second-​to-​none. All of the employees I spoke with were friendly and helpful. Some may consider it pricy compared to chicken nuggets from McDonald’s, but it was about what I would expect to pay anywhere else for quality chicken wings. I’ll definitely be going back anytime I’m in the mood for wings. They beat Applebee’s, Chili’s, and any other bar/​restaurant I’ve been to hands down.

Tried Wingstop for the first time. The service was excellent… the cooks even chatted with us while we were ordering. They estimated a 45 minute wait, but it only took half that time. The wings were pretty good, my favorite was the Louisiana style. It seemed a bit pricey for just chicken wings.

Been here 4 times so far. My order has had something missing or wrong half the time, so check your food before you leave. The wings are good, but they charge extra for ranch or celery which is included anywhere else. The prices are not exactly cheap either. The staff definitely needs some work on their customer service as well. It’s like they are trying to put this place out of business.

Went here twice and waited 30 – 45 min for our order. The staff is rude and the place is small. Also, the fries were soggy and the wings weren’t even worth it for the price we paid. We ordered the lemon pepper wings and it literally tasted like a lemon drop. I’d rather go eat at Buffalo Wild wings than this wingstop here in Wichita.

This visit was just as shoddy as our takeout experience. Our food took nearly 45 minutes to come out and employees sat and watched tv in the dining area while we waited. Not to mention our waitress had no idea which wings were which and she yelled back to the kitchen to find out. She wasn’t the only one thiugh, the entire staff exhibits an unprofessional demeanor consisting of inappropriate shouting back and forth. This will have been Wing Stop’s last chance, and they blew it.

First timer. Very disappointed. Teriyaki boneless wings. Tasted nothing like teriyaki. Straight soy sauce with alot of salt added as if the sauce isn’t salty enough. Think this was my last visit too.

Terrible place. Don’t waste your time and money. Sauces taste like medicine and chicken was less than quality meat. Never going there again.
